Angels' Mike Trout: Returns to starting nine
Trout (elbow) will start in center field and bat second in Monday's game against the Orioles, Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register reports.
Trout was out of the lineup for Sunday's 4-3 loss to the Guardians due to soreness in his non-throwing elbow, but his ability to enter the game as a pinch hitter suggested he wasn't at much risk of missing further time. Even though Trout is currently sporting an .872 OPS -- his lowest mark since his debut season in 2011 -- fantasy managers can feel comfortable inserting him in lineups this week.

Angels' Mike Trout: Nursing sore elbow
Trout, who is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Guardians, is dealing with some soreness in his left elbow, Tom Withers of the Associated Press reports.
Sunday was already a planned off day for Trout, and it's good timing for some rest after he was hit by a pitch in the left elbow during Saturday's contest. It doesn't appear to be a serious issue, and the 31-year-old should be back in the lineup for the Angels within the next couple days. Mickey Moniak is manning center field in Sunday's series finale at Cleveland.

Angels' Mike Trout: Mashes two homers in loss
Trout went 3-for-4 with two home runs, five RBI and two runs scored in Saturday's 7-5 loss to the Brewers.

Luckily for fantasy managers, the star outfielder hasn't stopped producing, as his 1.020 OPS ranks 11th in the league. The three-time AL MVP also has hits in 10 of his last 11 games, including six multi-hit efforts.
