The Titans placed Saffold (shoulder/illness) on the reserve/COVID-19 list Wednesday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.
Saffold missed last week's game due to a shoulder injury, and he'll be unavailable for a second straight contest after landing on the COVID-19 list. Aaron Brewer will likely draw another start at left guard Week 16.
