Johnson agreed to a deal with the Dolphins on Tuesday, Cameron Wolfe of ESPN.com reports.

Johnson spent the 2018 offseason with the Lions before being cut. With Daniel Kilgore (triceps) lost for the season, the fifth-year center will provide immediate depth to a depleted offensive line.
