McGary averaged 14.0 points, 4.2 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game in four Orlando Summer League contests.

McGary scored in double-figures in all four games, highlighted by an 18-point, nine-rebound performance in a win over the Clippers on July 3. The Michigan product will miss the first five games of the regular season due to a violation of the NBA's drug policy, but he'll attempt to work his way into the rotation after appearing in only 20 games in 2015-16. Even after the departure of Serge Ibaka, McGary faces an uphill battle, as Ersan Ilyasova, Domantas Sabonis and Enes Kanter each sit ahead of him on the depth chart.
