Arizona State quarterback Taylor Kelly, who injured his foot in Saturday's 38-24 win at Colorado, will miss the Sept. 25 game against UCLA and possibly the Oct. 4 game at USC, according to a source.

Kelly is expected back for the Oct. 18 game against Stanford at the latest, the source said.

ESPN reported Sunday night that the Sun Devils do not expect Kelly to play against the Bruins. Kelly left the Colorado game in the third quarter after falling awkardly from a tackle when trying to escape the pocket. He came back to the sidelines on crutches and wearing a protective boot.

ASU's 247 Sports site reports Kelly's foot is broken.

The Sun Devils, which won 10 games last year and expect to compete for a Pac-12 South title, will likely start junior Mike Bercovici in Kelly's absence.
