UCLA vs. Arizona score: Wildcats repeat as Pac-12 Tournament champions on Courtney Ramey's late 3-pointer

Arizona repeated as the Pac-12 Tournament champion on Saturday night by edging UCLA 61-59 in a tightly contested game between the conference's top teams. UCLA guard Dylan Andrew got a clean look from the left wing at the buzzer, but it bounced off, propelling the Wildcats into the NCAA Tournament with momentum.

Courtney Ramey drilled a 3-pointer with 16 seconds left to put Arizona ahead 60-58. It was his first bucket of the night and capped a rally from a nine-point deficit for the Wildcats. UCLA guard Tyger Campbell subsequently missed a potential game-tying free-throw with six seconds left.

Azuolas Tubelis led the Wildcats with 19 points and took advantage of UCLA's depleted depth as the Bruins played without freshman big man Adem Bona, who missed the game with a shoulder injury. UCLA is also dealing with the loss of key wing Jaylen Clark to injury and had two players foul out.

The Bruins have been in the chase for a No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament, but the loss ended their 12-game winning streak and won't help their chances of leading on the top line when the 68-team bracket is revealed on Selection Sunday.

Semifinals: UCLA 75, Oregon 56

No. 1 seed UCLA extended its winning streak to 12 games by knocking off No. 4 seed Oregon 75-56 in the semifinals of the Pac-12 Tournament on Friday behind 28 points from Tyger Campbell. The Bruins will play either Arizona or Arizona State in the championship game on Saturday. The loss of Jaylen Clark to a season-ending injury continues to loom large for the Bruins, but they have managed without him through two games in the Pac-12 Tournament.

Oregon entered the game on the wrong side of the NCAA Tournament bubble in Jerry Palm's Bracketology. The Ducks likely needed a win to have a case for an inclusion to the Big Dance as an at-large team.

Quarterfinals: Arizona State 77, USC 72

The semifinals for the Pac-12 Tournament are set after Arizona State ousted USC in the final quarterfinal Thursday night. As the No. 6 seed, the Sun Devils represent the lowest remaining seed in the conference tourney, and they'll get a rematch against arch-rival Arizona on Friday evening. The last time these two teams met, of course, Arizona State won on a dramatic buzzer-beater after rallying from 10 points down in the second half. The Sun Devils are firmly on the bubble, listed as one of the "First Four Out" by Bracketology expert Jerry Palm. A win over the the hated Wildcats might be enough to push the Sun Devils over to the right side of the bubble; two more wins and they wouldn't have to worry about it as the Pac-12 Tournament champs.

Quarterfinals: Arizona 95, Stanford 84

A day after Stanford stunted on Utah in the Pac-12 tourney's first round, prompting Cardinals forward Harrison Ingram to claim Stanford is the "biggest, baddest team in the country," No. 2-seeded Arizona sent Stanford packing in a 94-85 beatdown in the league's quarterfinals. It was a back-and-forth affair for much of the first 20-plus minutes, but the Wildcats took the lead a few minutes into the second half and never looked back. Arizona star Azuolas Tubelis helped pace the 'Cats with 20 points on just 12 shots, Oumar Ballo tallied a team-high 24 points and Cedric Henderson Jr. added a season-high 23 points on 13 shots.

Quarterfinals: Oregon 75, Washington State 70

The No. 4 seed Ducks blew a 19-point lead and let Washington State roar back to lead for a bit in the second half. But Oregon buckled down defensively in the final few minutes to secure a 75-70 win over the Cougars. Keeshawn Barthelemy led Oregon with 17 while Jermaine Couisnard and N'Faly Dante each contributed 16. Impressive victory against a WSU team that entered on a seven-game winning streak.

Oregon entered the day on the wrong side of the bubble in Jerry Palm's Bracketology but still on the bubble nonetheless. This was a must-win game, and the win advances it to face No. 1 seed UCLA in the semifinals Friday. Win that one and perhaps the Ducks will have an at-large case.

Quarterfinals: UCLA 80, Colorado 69

UCLA's first game without Jaylen Clark didn't start out particularly well, and his presence was missed defensively throughout the game as Colorado shot 51% from the field. But the Bruins got it done behind 26 points from Amari Bailey. Huge for UCLA to have him stepping up and growing up with Clark out. Tyger Campbell added 16 for the Bruins, who advance to the semifinals to face either Oregon or Washington State.

First round: Stanford 73, Utah 62

No. 10 seed Stanford controlled the action for nearly the whole game on the way to a 73-62 win over No. 7 seed Utah in first round action. The Cardinal jumped out to a 34-27 halftime lead and led by as much as 15 late in the second half on their way to advancing to face No. 2 seed Arizona in Thursday's quarterfinal round. Brandon Angel led Stanford with 16 points and 12 rebounds while Harrison Ingram added 15 points. The Cardinal committed just four turnovers in the game and held Utah to 37.9% shooting.

The loss could mark a disappointing finish to the season for the Utes, who have lost six straight after standing at 17-9 (10-5 Pac-12) in mid-February. The program will now wait to see if it receives a postseason bid of some sort.

First round: Washington State 69, Cal 52

Washington State is off to a nice start in its postseason run, which kicked off Wednesday with a 69-52 dismembering of Cal in the first round of the Pac-12 Tournament. The shorthanded Golden Bears never led as the Cougars pounced early and put it on the late, building a 34-21 lead at half that never dipped into single digits.

Five different Cougars finished in double figures in scoring on the game -- led by TJ Bamba's 17 -- in what was a balanced attack vs. the Bears. Washington State flexed its muscles defensively, too, holding Cal to just 19 of 53 shooting.

First round: Colorado 74, Washington 68

The first game of the first round of play in this year's Pac-12 tournament was a doozy with No. 9 seed Colorado escaping with a win over No. 8 seed Washington in a thriller. The Buffaloes won 74-68 after leading almost the entire game. Washington knotted things up in the final 90 seconds at 66-66 before the Buffaloes closed on an 8-2 run to the finish.

Colorado got 21 points from Julian Hammond and 18 points from Tristan da Silva in the win. The Buffs advance to the second round of Pac-12 tourney play on Thursday to face No. 1 seed UCLA.
