CONWAY, S.C. (AP) Jacob Meyer's 15 points helped Coastal Carolina hold off Old Dominion 79-75 on Saturday night.

Meyer was 5 of 9 shooting, including 2 for 3 from 3-point range, and went 3 for 5 from the line for the Chanticleers (5-11, 2-3 Sun Belt Conference). Kylan Blackmon scored 15 points, shooting 5 for 11 (4 for 9 from 3-point range) and 1 of 4 from the free throw line. John Ojiako finished 6 of 8 from the floor to finish with 14 points.

The Monarchs (4-13, 0-6) were led by Chaunce Jenkins, who posted 24 points, four assists and two steals. Vasean Allette added 19 points, 12 rebounds, four assists and three steals for Old Dominion. In addition, Devin Ceaser had 10 points and two steals. The Monarchs extended their losing streak to six in a row.

Both teams next play Thursday. Coastal Carolina visits Georgia Southern and Old Dominion plays Marshall at home.
