The Rams defense might be missing two players due to injury in Week 13 against the 49ers, though neither player was ruled out on Friday's injury report. Defensive backs T.J. McDonald (shin) and Brandon McGee (foot) are both considered questionable for Sunday's game.
The good news is, defensive lineman Eugene Sims (foot) and linebacker Will Witherspoon (not injury related) are both expected to play based on Friday's report.
