Six players listed as probable for Week 13 on the 49ers' final injury report are active Thursday, including running backs Frank Gore (knee) and Bruce Miller (shoulder), safeties Eric Reid (ankle) and Raymond Ventrone (groin), defensive tackle Justin Smith (back) and wide receiver Brandon Lloyd (quad).
Gore struggled in Week 12, managing just 36 yards on 13 carries, but he wasn't thought to be in danger of missing the key NFC West battle.
