Chargers promote Jeff Baca, place Mike Scrifes on IR

The Chargers announced a pair of roster moves on Saturday, according to U-T San Diego. The team promoted center Jeff Baca from the practice squad to the 53-man active roster. In a corresponding move, they placed punter Mike Scifres on injured reserve with a shoulder injury.
