Chargers make roster moves

The Chargers put cornerback Johnny Patrick (ankle) on injured reserve and promoted defensive back Marcus Cromartie to the active roster. Patrick had 38 tackles, 1 1/2 sacks, an interception and a forced fumble in 13 games.
