49ers defense has injury concerns for Week 4

The 49ers defense has some injury concerns for Week 4 against the Rams, but they expect the majority of their wounded to play Thursday. Of seven players listed on the injury report, defensive backs Nnamdi Asomugha (knee) and Raymond Ventrone (concussion), and linebacker Patrick Willis (groin) are considered questionable for the game.

Among the probable players are defensive linemen Ray McDonald (ankle) and Justin Smith (shoulder), linebacker NaVorro Bowman (wrist) and defensive back Carlos Rogers (knee).
