  • Bucks' Khris Middleton: Won't play Friday

Middleton (knee) has been ruled out of Friday's contest against the Jazz. Middleton was a late addition to the injury report, and he ultimately won't play in the first leg of the Bucks' back-to-back. With Middleton unavailable, expect Pat Connaughton to slide into the starting lineup and see an uptick in minutes. Middleton's next chance to return to the court will be Saturday against the Nuggets.

  • Bucks' Khris Middleton: Dishes game-high 10 assists

Middleton closed with 19 points (8-15 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 2-2 FT), 10 assists, three rebounds and one steal in 29 minutes during Wednesday's 130-94 win over San Antonio. Middleton recorded double-digit assists for just the second time this season, with seven of his game-high 10 dimes coming in the first half. The Bucks built a 28-point lead after three quarters that resulted in Middleton and other key regulars losing out on playing time, but he still saw enough minutes to secure his fourth double-double of the campaign.

  • Bucks' Khris Middleton: Struggles with shot in loss

Middleton closed with 16 points (6-15 FG, 0-5 3Pt, 4-4 FT), one rebound, seven assists and one block across 33 minutes during Thursday's 139-123 loss to the Pacers. Middleton moved back into the starting lineup Thursday after taking a seat during the second half of a back-to-back set Tuesday. The veteran wing struggled to find his shooting stroke, but he did dish out at least seven assists for the fourth time over his past five appearances. During that stretch, Middleton is averaging 20.2 points and 7.8 assists with 44/42/90 shooting splits.

  • Bucks' Khris Middleton: Starting Thursday

Middleton will rejoin the starting lineup for Thursday's game against the Pacers. Middleton sat out the Bucks' last contest for rest purposes and will reclaim his starting small forward spot. In his last four appearances, Middleton has averaged 21.3 points, 8.0 assists, 4.3 rebounds and 1.3 steals over 31.9 minutes.

  • Bucks' Khris Middleton: Off injury report

Middleton (rest) isn't on the injury report ahead of Thursday's game against the Pacers. Middleton will return after sitting out the second half of the Bucks' recent back-to-back. He's started four straight games, averaging 21.3 points, 8.0 assists, 4.3 rebounds and 1.3 steals. Since the All-Star break, he's shooting a solid 43/43/86.

  • Bucks' Khris Middleton: Out Tuesday

Middleton (rest) will not suit up for Tuesday's game in Phoenix. Middleton will get his standard maintenance day on the second night of a back-to-back. Grayson Allen (foot) will be joining him on the sidelines Tuesday, which should open up minutes for Joe Ingles, Jevon Carter and Pat Connaughton. Middleton managers can expect to have him back in action for Thursday's game against the Pacers.

  • Bucks' Khris Middleton: Posts 31 on Monday, may sit Tuesday

MIddleton put up a season-high 31 points (9-15 FG, 5-8 3Pt, 8-8 FT) to go with nine assists and three rebounds across 34 minutes in Monday's 133-124 win over the Kings. Since entering the Bucks' starting five March 7 after coming off the bench in his first 14 appearances following his return from a knee injury in late January, Middleton appears to have become free of the playing-time restrictions that have thus far marred his 2022-23 campaign. With Giannis Antetokounmpo (hand) cleared to play after a three-game absence, Monday marked the first time since Dec. 15 that he and Middleton had started in the same game. The arrangement didn't hinder Middleton from a production standpoint, as he rolled to a new season high in scoring on elite shooting while falling just one assist shy of notching his third double-double of the campaign. Middleton is now averaging 21.3 points, 8.0 assists, 4.3 rebounds, 2.5 three-pointers and 1.3 steals in 32.0 minutes while starting the past four games, but the 31-year-old could still be a candidate to rest for one half of back-to-back sets, which has been the case throughout the season. With that in mind, fantasy managers should prepare for Middleton to sit Tuesday in Phoenix.

  • Bucks' Khris Middleton: Reaches new season high in minutes

Middleton finished Saturday's 125-116 overtime loss to the Warriors with 19 points (7-14 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 2-4 FT), five assists, four steals and three rebounds across a season-high 34 minutes. While Giannis Antetokounmpo (hand) has been sidelined for the past three games, the Bucks have loosened the reins on Middleton, who has started in each of those contests while logging 31, 29 and 34 minutes. Those three minutes counts are his highest totals since he returned in late January from an 18-game absence due to right knee irritation. The Bucks could still look to avoid overextending Middleton when possible, and he'll likely be a candidate to sit out one half of the team's remaining back-to-back sets, but his overall fantasy ceiling appears to be higher than it was earlier in the season now that his playing-time restrictions having seemingly been lifted.

  • Bucks' Khris Middleton: Records double-double in start

Middleton amassed 24 points (5-9 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 13-14 FT), four rebounds, 11 assists and one steal over 31 minutes during Tuesday's 134-123 win over the Magic. Middleton got the start Tuesday with Giannis Antetokounmpo (illness) and Jrue Holiday (neck) out, marking his first start since Dec. 15. He led the Bucks in assists while setting a season-high mark and finished as one of three players with 20 or more points. Middleton has notched three double-doubles across 22 appearances this season.

  • Bucks' Khris Middleton: Moves into starting five

Middleton will start Tuesday's game versus the Magic. Middleton joins a starting five without two star regulars in Giannis Antetokounmpo (illnesses) and Jrue Holiday (neck), but it marks his first start since Dec. 15. Middleton is slowly ramping his minutes up ahead of the postseason, and, if Tuesday's lineup is any indication, Middleton could be slated to maintain a starting job more frequently moving forward. Pat Connaughton will slot into a bench role in a corresponding change.

  • Bucks' Khris Middleton: Not listed on injury report

Middleton (rest) is not on the injury report ahead of Tuesday's game in Orlando. Middleton was rested on the second leg of a back-to-back Sunday, but he'll be back in action Tuesday night, and he could see some more shots falling his way if Jrue Holiday (neck) is forced to the sidelines. With no back-to-backs for Milwaukee during Week 20, Middleton should be available for all three games.

  • Bucks' Khris Middleton: Won't play Sunday

Middleton (knee/rest) has been ruled out for Sunday's matchup against the Wizards. Middleton played 27 minutes and totaled six points, three rebounds, two assists and one steal during Saturday's three-point loss to Philadelphia. However, the veteran forward will take a seat for the second half of Milwaukee's back-to-back set Sunday, which has been the case since he returned from a lengthy absence due to a knee injury at the end of January. Middleton should be back in the mix Tuesday against Orlando, but fantasy managers are still encouraged to confirm that's the case.

  • Bucks' Khris Middleton: Set to play against Philadelphia

Middleton (knee) isn't on the injury report for Saturday's game versus the 76ers. Middleton is available Saturday after missing the previous game due to right knee injury management. However, the 31-year-old forward will likely be held out of Sunday's matchup with Washington as it is the second leg of a back-to-back. Middleton should continue to receive roughly 20-25 minutes of action against the 76ers.

  • Bucks' Khris Middleton: Won't play after all

Middleton has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Magic due to right knee injury management. Middleton wasn't initially on the injury report for Wednesday's matchup, but he'll be unavailable for the second half of a back-to-back set. This doesn't come as a significant surprise, given his limitations since returning to the court in late January. Jae Crowder and Joe Ingles should see increased run against Orlando, while Middleton will have a few days to rest before the Bucks face Philadelphia on Saturday.

  • Bucks' Khris Middleton: To play second half of back-to-back

Middleton is not listed on the Bucks' injury report ahead of Wednesday night's matchup with the Magic. While the Bucks have remained very careful with Middleton's workload since he returned from injury, it looks as though he's poised to play in both halves of a back-to-back set for the first time all season. The veteran saw 23 minutes of action in Tuesday's win over the Nets, finishing with 18 points, six assists, four rebounds and two steals. Notably, the Bucks continue to bring Middleton off the bench, and he's yet to see more than 25 minutes in any of his 13 appearances since being activated back on Jan. 23. Middleton has essentially been an every-night starter for the entirety of his Bucks career -- he joined the team in 2013-14 -- so at some point, he figures to be re-introduced to the lineup before the postseason.

  • Bucks' Khris Middleton: Staying productive as sixth man

Middleton accumulated 18 points (7-13 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 1-2 FT), four rebounds, six assists and two steals across 23 minutes off the bench during Tuesday's 118-104 victory over the Nets. The 31-year-old wing has now scored in double digits in nine straight games as he continues to adapt to a bench role. Middleton is averaging 16.7 points, 6.0 boards, 4.2 assists and 1.4 threes in 21.9 minutes a game over that stretch, and with the Bucks having gone undefeated in February, a roster shakeup that would move him back into the starting five likely isn't on the horizon.

  • Bucks' Khris Middleton: Flirts with triple-double off bench

Middleton racked up 11 points (4-13 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 3-4 FT), 10 rebounds and six assists across 25 minutes during Sunday's 104-101 win over Phoenix. Middleton led the Bucks bench in scoring, rebounds and assists while finishing just four dimes short of a triple-double in 25 minutes of play. Middleton has recorded a double-double in two of his last three outings.

  • Bucks' Khris Middleton: Not on injury report

Middleton (knee) isn't on the injury report for Friday's game against the Heat. Middleton was unavailable for two of the Bucks' three games ahead of the All-Star break but fully participated in practice over the last few days. He's had limited minutes off the bench since returning to action in late January and has averaged 15.3 points, 4.7 rebounds and 3.6 assists in 19.5 minutes per game over his 10 appearances during that time. It's unclear whether he'll rejoin the starting lineup or have any restrictions Friday.

  • Bucks' Khris Middleton: Logs full practice Wednesday

Middleton (knee) practiced fully Wednesday and is set to play in Friday's game against the Heat, Scott Grodsky of CBS 58 reports. Middleton sat out two of the Bucks' final three games before the break while dealing with lingering soreness in his right knee. He came off the bench in his last 10 appearances and managed to work up to 25 minutes. It's unclear if Middleton will rejoin the starters Friday or if he will remain limited. We should receive more information closer to Friday's tipoff.

  • Bucks' Khris Middleton: Ruled out Thursday

Middleton has been ruled out for Thursday's game against Chicago due to right knee soreness. Thursday's matchup against Chicago seemed like a solid opportunity for the 31-year-old to return to the starting lineup since Pat Connaughton (calf) is out, but Middleton will also miss the Bucks' final game before the All-Star break after he was a late addition to the injury report. Joe Ingles, Wesley Matthews and MarJon Beauchamp should see increased run on the wing since Middleton, Connaughton and Jae Crowder (recently traded) will all be out.
