Paul Millsap scratched from Hawks' starting lineup with illness

Paul Millsap will not start for the Hawks in Saturday's Game 3 at Washington, due to flu-like symptoms, per the Journal Constitution. 

Millsap is expected to play, but he wasn't on the court for pregame warmups. 

Pero Antic will start in Millsap's place.
