The full transcript of former FIFA executive committee member Chuck Blazer's 2013 guilty plea was released on Wednesday, which reveals he admitted to accepting bribes in relation to World Cup bids.

Blazer, a former top soccer official in the United States, has cooperated with the FBI and IRS in an investigation that led to last week's indictments of FIFA officials and, at least indirectly led to the pressure that caused FIFA president to announce he will resign his post.

The document reveals that Blazer admitted to brokering a bribe for the selection of the host nation for the France 1998 World Cup. He also admitted to accepting "bribes and kickbacks" in exchange for broadcast rights to several Gold Cup tournaments.

Blazer also directly admitted to accepting bribes, along with "others on the FIFA executive committee," in exchange for helping to select South Africa as the host for the 2010 World Cup.
