Streater was part of Saturday's roster cutdown, John Murphy of the Bills' official site reports.
The Bills kept Andre Holmes as their veteran depth option, then used the fifth and sixth spots on rookies Robert Foster and Ray-Ray McCloud. Streater has enough experience where he'll probably be given another chance somewhere once injuries strike around the league.
