Gilbert signed a contract with the Raiders on Saturday, Field Yates of ESPN reports.
Gilbert appeared in one game for Washington last season and completed 20 of 31 passes for 194 yards with zero touchdowns and zero interceptions. The journeyman quarterback spent much of the season on the Patriots' practice squad, so he has familiarity with new Raiders coach Josh McDaniels.
