Rucker (neck) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice.
Rucker missed Week 6's contest against the Seahawks with a neck injury, but it seems the bye week gave him enough time to heal. Barring a setback, the defensive end will likely resume his starting duties against the Colts on Sunday.
