Simms (undisclosed) has agreed to an injury settlement with the Falcons, per the official NFL media site transaction log.
Simms reverted to injured reserve Monday after being waived with an injury designation Sunday. While the nature of his injury remains a mystery, Simms is now eligible to sign with another team.
