Tennessee wide receiver Josh Smith was arrested and charged with domestic assault, reportedly for fighting with his roommate late Friday night.
Knox County Sheriff's Department records show Smith was booked early Saturday and spent the night in jail. According to WNML's Jimmy Hyams, Smith and his roommate are long-time friends.
Smith and his roommate, Kennedy Foster, have been long-time friends; they share an off-campus house. The fight occurred Friday night.

Smith played in 13 games last season, recording 13 catches for 97 yards and one touchdown.
