Dickinson tied the game 2-2 early in the second period, ripping a wrist shot through traffic that got by Juuse Saros. The 28-year-old Dickinson has been productive in a middle-six role, tallying six goals in his last eight games. Dickinson scored his third goal of the season in Wednesday's 7-3 loss to Columbus. His third-period tally came on a strong individual effort, as Dickinson stepped in front of a clearing attempt at the Blue Jackets' blue line, fired a shot at Elvis Merzlikins and then banged home his own rebound. Dickinson didn't get onto the scoresheet in a 3-1 road loss against the Bruins on Wednesday, but he did pick up 17 PIM. Dickinson dropped the gloves in a third-period scrap with John Beecher, and he was not only assessed a fighting major, but he picked up two minutes for instigating as well as a game misconduct for the misdeed.
