The Browns signed Meadors on Sunday, Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
Meadors spent time with the Browns' practice squad in 2021 and 2022 and has been with several organizations since blipping the NFL radar in 2019. The report indicates Meadors will compete for a job at safety with D'Anthony Bell and Ronnie Hickman.
