Player Outlook
You should start looking for Moore as early as Round 10 in a PPR league. If he stays healthy, he could provide a big value at that cost. Moore took a step forward in 2022, earning eight or more targets in five of his seven healthy games. He also became a more complete receiver, lining up outside on 41.9% of his routes as opposed to 16.6% his rookie year. With DeAndre Hopkins gone, Moore has an excellent chance to be the team's No. 2 wide receiver. Still, he only played more than four games in a season once in college, and his isn't the only injury of concern because we still don't know when Kyler Murray will be ready. Moore is still just 23 years old so he's even more valuable in Dynasty leagues.

  • Cardinals' Rondale Moore: One grab in loss

Moore secured one of his two targets for six yards in Sunday's 24-10 win over the Steelers. Even with fellow wideout Michael Wilson (shoulder) sidelined for the third straight week, Moore was an afterthought in the Cardinals' offensive plans Sunday. After playing more than 70 percent of the Cardinals' offensive snaps in both of the previous two games, Moore dipped down to 52 percent Week 13. With Moore's involvement both as a pass catcher and a runner declining in recent weeks, he may find it even more difficult to find touches coming out of the Cardinals' Week 14 bye, when Wilson will most likely be ready to play again.

  • Cardinals' Rondale Moore: Another lackluster performance

Moore recorded two catches on three targets for 35 yards during Sunday's 37-14 loss to the Rams. With Michael Wilson (shoulder) sidelined for a second consecutive game, Moore had no problem racking up offensive snaps (53 of 71). He fell shy of 40 yards from scrimmage for the eighth time in 12 appearances this season however, leaving him with averages of 4.3 touches for 34.2 total yards per game and two total TDs. Whenever Wilson returns to the lineup, Moore may find himself on the outside looking in for consistent snaps and targets.

  • Cardinals' Rondale Moore: Scores long TD on Sunday

Moore gathered in his only target for a 48-yard touchdown and tallied two carries for six yards during Sunday's 21-16 loss at Houston. The Cardinals opened the scoring just 1:32 into the first quarter when Kyler Murray hit a streaking Moore for the wide receiver's longest catch of the campaign. However, Moore didn't see any other looks in the passing game, marking the second time in 11 games that he earned only one target. He'll turn his focus to a Week 12 matchup against a Rams defense that held him to 26 yards from scrimmage on seven touches back in Week 6.

  • Cardinals' Rondale Moore: Week 12 Waiver Priority List

The Cardinals have a few moving parts here with Moore, Michael Wilson (26 percent rostered) and Greg Dortch (1 percent), and all three could be relevant for Fantasy managers, especially with Marquise Brown struggling of late. Moore had a 48-yard touchdown catch on his lone target in Week 11 at Houston, but he also had five catches for 43 yards on eight targets in the first game for Kyler Murray this year in Week 10 against Atlanta. Wilson missed Week 11 with a shoulder injury, but he had three catches for 34 yards on six targets against the Falcons. And Dortch, with Wilson out against the Texans, had six catches for 76 yards on eight targets. I'd put 1 percent of your FAB on all of them for Week 12, with the order being Moore, Wilson and Dortch. Hopefully, one of these three emerge as a consistent threat to help Murray and Fantasy managers down the stretch.

  • Cardinals' Rondale Moore: Week 12 Early Waiver Targets (Add/Drop)

The Cardinals have been making a point of getting Moore involved in the running game as well, and he'll line up a few times in the backfield and get a few carries. However, it was in the passing game that he made his biggest impact Sunday, albeit on just one target – he hit a 48-yard touchdown on the very first drive of the game and then wasn't targeted again. Greg Dortch actually stepped up as Kyler Murray's most-targeted player Sunday with six catches for 76 yards on eight targets, and he's worth a look in deeper PPR leagues, but Moore showing some big-play potential here is interesting, too – especially if some of those Dortch targets go Moore's way once Michael Wilson is back from injury.

  • Cardinals' Rondale Moore: Week 11 Waiver Priority List

In the first game with Kyler Murray this season in Week 10 against Atlanta, Moore had season highs in targets (eight), catches (five) and yards (43). It's something to build on if Murray is going to continue to lean on Moore, and he's worth adding for up to 5 percent of your FAB in PPR. Also, Michael Wilson (26 percent rostered) is worth adding again with Murray back, and Wilson had three catches for 34 yards on six targets. He also appeared to have a touchdown that was ruled down at the 1 and led to a Clayton Tune rushing score. Wilson is worth adding for 1 percent of your FAB.

  • Cardinals' Rondale Moore: Notches season-high five catches

Moore recorded five catches (on eight targets) for 43 yards during Sunday's 25-23 victory versus the Falcons. With Kyler Murray (knee) back in action for the first time in 11 months, Moore was able to tally season highs in receptions, targets and receiving yards in the Cardinals' 10th game of the campaign. But for the third time this season, Moore didn't have a carry after having at least two in the other seven contests, which may become the norm with running back James Conner (knee) also in the fold. Still, with Murray directing the offense, Moore may have a path for more consistent results on a weekly basis, continuing next Sunday in Houston.

  • Cardinals' Rondale Moore: Stashes (WR Preview)

I would like to stash Moore and see if his target share changes any with Kyler Murray back. Moore has three or more rush attempts in four of his last five games, so even a modest bump in target share could make him viable as a WR3. At the very least, expect Moore's career-low efficiency to get a boost in the second half when he's catching passes from Murray.

  • Cardinals' Rondale Moore: Musters eight total yards in Week 9

Moore recorded one catch on two targets for five yards and added three rushing yards on four carries during Sunday's 27-0 loss at Cleveland. During a game in which the Cardinals had a paltry 58 net yards of offense, it was no surprise that Moore wasn't able to do much despite seeing his typical touch volume (five) and snap share (67 percent). On the season, he's averaging 4.6 touches for 30.9 yards from scrimmage per game, which are numbers he may be able to improve upon once Kyler Murray (knee) is back from injured reserve -- something that may happen as soon as Sunday against the Falcons.

  • Cardinals' Rondale Moore: Four touches in Sunday's loss

Moore had two rushing attempts for 11 yards and caught two of three targets for 10 yards in Sunday's 31-24 loss to Baltimore. Moore's role has remained relatively unchanged as the midpoint of the season draws near. The dual-threat player is averaging 2.4 receptions and 2.1 carries through eight games this season, but he has struggled to generate consistent results in such a small role. With just one touchdown through eight weeks, there isn't much upside to playing Moore against a tough Browns defense next Sunday.

  • Cardinals' Rondale Moore: Gains 26 yards on six touches

Moore caught two of four targets for two yards and rushed four times for 24 yards in Sunday's 20-10 loss to the Seahawks. Moore saw his usual allotment of combined rushes and receptions, but he failed to break off a big play and finished with another underwhelming fantasy line. The dual-threat wideout has been more effective on the ground (15-136-1) than he has operating out of the slot for Arizona this season (17-113-0). Moore's current value is limited to deeper leagues heading into next Sunday's matchup against Baltimore.

  • Cardinals' Rondale Moore: Little output on seven touches

Moore tallied four catches on seven targets for 30 yards and ran for minus-4 yards on three carries during Sunday's 26-9 loss to the Rams. Moore's target total was a season high, and his carry count matched his biggest of the campaign. He wasn't efficient with those looks however, on his way to his third-fewest yards from scrimmage in six games this year. Prior to Sunday's contest, he was averaging a robust 14.5 yards per carry, so he likely will continue to get opportunities on the ground as long as James Conner (knee) is on IR. Moore will aim to bounce back in Week 7 against a Seahawks defense that has given up the sixth-most catches (90) and third-most TD grabs (seven) to wide receivers this season.

  • Cardinals' Rondale Moore: Season-best yardage in loss

Moore caught three of five targets for 26 yards and added 50 rushing yards on three carries in Sunday's 34-20 loss to the Bengals. The 76 scrimmage yards were a season high for the third-year wideout, and 41 of his rushing yards came on a third-quarter carry on a direct snap after James Conner (knee) had left the game. Should Conner be sidelined in Week 6 against the Rams, Moore could see more work out of the backfield with undrafted rookie Emari Demercado stepping into the starting RB role.

  • Cardinals' Rondale Moore: Held catchless in loss

Moore failed to secure both of his targets while playing 72 percent of the snaps on offense Sunday in the Cardinals' 35-16 loss to the 49ers. Despite playing the second-most offensive snaps of any Cardinals receiver Sunday, Moore was unable to have any impact on the game from a production standpoint. The veteran wideout was a complete non-factor, being held without a catch for the first time this season. Moore's limited volume make him difficult to trust for fantasy purposes, even though he occasionally delivers explosive plays such as the 45-yard touchdown run he had in the Cardinals' upset win over the Cowboys in Week 3.

  • Cardinals' Rondale Moore: Runs for TD in Week 3 win

Moore caught four of six targets for eight yards and carried the ball three times for 54 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 28-16 win over the Cowboys. The speedy wideout caught the Dallas defense napping when he dashed for a 45-yard TD in the second quarter, the first rushing touchdown of his NFL career. Moore doubled his catch total on the season as well, albeit without contributing much yardage through the air, and while his versatile usage is intriguing from a fantasy perspective, he'll need to begin seeing more volume to be a reliable option outside of best-ball formats. Moore faces a daunting matchup in Week 4 against an elite 49ers defense that's used to seeing the likes of Deebo Samuel line up in the backfield during practice.

  • Cardinals' Rondale Moore: Three catches in loss

Moore caught three of three targets for 33 yards and gained 12 rushing yards on two carries in Sunday's 20-16 loss to the Commanders. Arizona's offense couldn't get much going -- the team's only TD was produced by the defense on a second-quarter fumble recovery -- which gave Moore few opportunities to showcase his speed, but he did have the team's longest gain of the day with a 31-yard reception in the first quarter. As QB Joshua Dobbs gets more familiar with the playbook, things could open up a little for the Cardinals' wideouts, but this still figures to be one of the least potent passing games in the NFL this season. Moore will try to make a bigger impact in Week 2 against the Giants.

  • Cardinals' Rondale Moore: Three touches in preseason loss

Moore brought in two of three targets for seven yards and rushed once for three yards in the Cardinals' 38-10 preseason loss to the Chiefs on Saturday night. Moore opened the game with the rest of the Cardinals' starters and got some solid work in before exiting. The promising third-year wideout is aiming for a much healthier season in 2023 after being limited to eight games a year ago, and the Cardinals are counting on Moore to help fill the significant vacuum created by the departure of DeAndre Hopkins during the coming campaign.

  • Cardinals' Rondale Moore: Logs catch in return

Moore (groin/finger) made a successful recovery from multiple surgeries this offseason and caught one of two targets for 13 yards in Friday's preseason win over Denver. Moore's return to action was a welcomed one for the Cardinals, who have been decimated by injury in recent years. So their fans got some positive news ahead of Week 1 for once. From a fantasy perspective, almost all key receivers should be downgraded when Colt McCoy starts in place of Kyler Murray. DeAndre Hopkins' departure opened up a heap of targets, so Moore and fellow starter Marquise Brown (undisclosed) could experience noticeable bumps in volume/usage this season.

  • Cardinals' Rondale Moore: Participates in minicamp

Moore (groin) participated in voluntary veteran minicamp at the end of April, the Cardinals' official site reports. Moore underwent surgeries on his core and pinky finger after the Cardinals placed him on injured reserve in mid-December. He's at least 3-to-4 months removed from the procedures at this point and should be ready for the more substantiative portion of the offseason program between mid-May and mid-June. With DeAndre Hopkins and Marquise Brown still on Arizona's roster, Moore seemingly fits in as the No. 3 receiver ahead of his age-23 season. The 2021 second-round pick took on a larger role per-game last year, averaging seven targets in his eight games en route to a 41-141-1 receiving line and 5.5 average depth of target. As a rookie in 2021l, Moore averaged 4.6 targets and 1.3 carries for 36.5 yards per game while seeing 61 percent of his passes behind the line of scrimmage (1.4 aDOT).

  • Cardinals' Rondale Moore: Provides update on health

Moore told Bo Brack of GoPHNX.com on Friday that he underwent surgeries on both sides of his groin to repair a sports hernia and also on his pinky finger since the Cardinals placed him on injured reserve on Dec. 14. Moore dealt with hamstring, knee, hand and groin injuries during his second pro campaign, which limited him to a 41-414-1 line on 56 targets to go with six carries for minus-5 yards in eight appearances. With some clarity regarding the aforementioned health concerns, he likely remains in recovery mode in the early stages of the offseason. Moore, a 2021 second-round pick, will aim to be 100 percent by the start of the offseason program this spring.
