Sims was targeted once and caught a one-yard touchdown pass in Sunday's 27-19 victory over Kansas City.
Sims recorded his first reception since Week 7, and also the first touchdown of his professional career. He is seeing more snaps with fellow rookie tight end Luke Musgrave (abdomen) unavailable, but he is still second in line behind yet another rookie, Tucker Kraft.

Sims was targeted once and caught one pass for 12 yards in Monday's 17-13 loss to the Raiders.
The reception was the first for the rookie, who was claimed off waivers in late August. He has seen action in all five games Green Bay has played to date, but he is also a clear fourth in snaps played among Packers tight ends.

Packers' Ben Sims: Claimed by Green Bay
Sims was claimed off waivers by the Packers on Wednesday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Sims was waived by the Vikings on Tuesday, but he'll remain in the division after being claimed by Green Bay. He'll attempt to carve out work as a reserve tight end behind Luke Musgrave and Tucker Kraft in 2023 after Tyler Davis sustained a torn ACL during the Packers' preseason opener.

Ben Sims: Waived by Minnesota
The Vikings waived Sims on Tuesday, Andrew Krammer of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.
Sims joined the Vikings as an undrafted free agent in late April but missed out on a 53-man roster spot. It's unclear whether he'll draw interest from other teams ahead of the 2023 campaign.
