The rookie is a long shot to make Seattle's initial 53-man roster, but he could earn a practice-squad deal with a solid showing during the final days of training camp. Flowers excelled as a kick returner in college, notching seven career touchdowns.

    Flowers went undrafted this year and signed with the Saints last month before they let him go. The Montana product was most notably an effective return man in college, tallying 2,659 kick return yards and seven touchdowns. He also racked up 716 yards on 51 receptions with four touchdowns during his five-year college career.
