Lewis (hip) reverted to the Dolphins' practice squad Tuesday and was subsequently placed on the practice squad injured list, Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald reports.
Lewis was a gameday elevation for Monday's win over the Saints and had one reception for seven yards, one kick return for 23 yards and two punt returns for minus-one yard before suffering the injury. The 29-year-old must spend at least three weeks on the practice squad injured list.

Lewis initially reverted to the Saints' injured reserve after he went unclaimed on waivers, but he'll now be eligible to play in 2021 if he lands with another team.
