CB Greg Toler is wearing a brace on his surgically repaired knee in which he tore the ACL in a 2011 preseason game against the Chargers. The timeline for removal is somewhere in the preseason. Toler said it restricts him from going at top speed. He’s still not fully participating in OTAs.
