Pacers' Enrique Freeman: Scores 18 points in double-double
Freeman registered 18 points (7-9 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 3-6 FT), 10 rebounds, four assists and one block in 29 minutes during Thursday's 91-88 Summer League win over the Knicks.
It was an efficient shooting performance by Freeman, who also turned in a double-double to help lead the Pacers to victory. The two-player is in a position to spend the majority of his time in 2025-26 in the G League. However, it's worth noting that Isaiah Jackson (Achilles) may not be ready for the start of the new year to help fill the void left behind by Myles Turner at center.

Pacers' Enrique Freeman: Posts another SL double-double
Freeman tallied 17 points (6-9 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 3-4 FT), 10 rebounds, two assists, two blocks and one steal across 27 minutes in Monday's 114-105 Summer League loss to the Bulls.
Freeman notched his second straight double-double Monday, this time finishing with 17 points. He appeared in 22 regular-season games (one start) for the Pacers in 2024-25, averaging 2.1 points and 1.4 rebounds across 8.2 minutes per game.

Pacers' Enrique Freeman: Double-doubles in loss
Freeman racked up 15 points (4-5 FG, 2-2 3Pt, 5-6 FT), 11 rebounds, one steal and two blocks across 23 minutes during Saturday's 104-85 Summer League loss to the Thunder.
Freeman missed only one field-goal attempt on his way to recording a double-double Saturday. The Akron product had an impressive bounce-back performance after finishing with only four points and three rebounds in Friday's game against the Magic.

Pacers' Enrique Freeman: Back in rotation Friday
Freeman finished with four points (2-4 FG, 0-1 3Pt) and three rebounds across 11 minutes during Friday's 129-115 loss to Orlando.
Freeman suited up for the first time in the past 32 games, albeit for a brief appearance. With the Pacers' playoff future now set, there is a chance Freeman could remain in the rotation for Sunday's game against the Cavaliers. Beyond that, he will likely spend the majority of his time spectating from the bench.

Pacers' Enrique Freeman: Available Tuesday
Freeman (illness) is available for Tuesday's game against Portland.
The two-way player has overcome an illness and will be available off Indiana's bench Tuesday. However, Freeman hasn't appeared for the Pacers since the Jan. 8 win over Chicago, so it's not guaranteed he'll see the court against the Trail Blazers.

Pacers' Enrique Freeman: Won't play Saturday
Freeman (illness) is out for Saturday's game versus the Hawks.
Freeman has been downgraded from questionable to out Saturday due to an illness. However, the rookie big man's absence won't impact Indiana's rotation, as he hasn't seen action at the NBA level since Jan. 8.

Pacers' Enrique Freeman: Feeling ill, iffy for Saturday
Freeman is listed as questionable for Saturday's game against the Hawks due to an illness.
The rookie second-round pick last saw NBA action Jan. 8 against the Bulls, so his potential absence Saturday likely won't have any impact on the Indiana rotation.

Pacers' Enrique Freeman: Used sparingly in loss
Freeman accumulated one rebound and one block over three minutes during Tuesday's 122-111 loss to the Raptors.
Freeman barely saw the floor again Tuesday, having played more than 10 minutes only twice thus far. Despite dealing with a number of injuries, the Pacers have seen no reason to extend Freeman beyond a depth role. He has scored a total of just 20 points across 13 games, recording a season-high six points against the Rockets.

Pacers' Enrique Freeman: Back to bench Wednesday
Freeman is not in the starting lineup for Wednesday's game against the Rockets.
Far from surprising here, but Freeman will return to his regular bench with the return of Myles Turner to the starting lineup. Freeman is averaging 9.9 minutes per game in seven outings (one start) this season, so he's not expected to see heavy minutes off the bench with both Turner and Pascal Siakam managing most of the frontcourt minutes.

Pacers' Enrique Freeman: First career start Monday
Freeman is in the Pacers' starting lineup for Monday's game against the Raptors, Scott Agness of FieldhouseFiles.com reports.
With Myles Turner (calf) sidelined and backup big men James Wiseman (Achilles) and Isaiah Jackson (Achilles) done for the year, Freeman will make his first career start Monday. Freeman, the Pacers' second-round selection in the 2024 NBA Draft, has seen sparse playing time this season, but he has a chance to earn a bigger spot in the rotation with a solid outing Monday.

Pacers' Enrique Freeman: Fouls out Monday
Freeman fouled out of Monday's preseason matchup against the Grizzlies with 3:59 remaining in the fourth quarter, Alex Golden of the 'Setting the Pace' podcast reports. Freeman produced six points (3-5 FG, 0-1 3Pt), seven rebounds, two assists and one steal across 24 minutes.
Freeman was efficient while racking up seven rebounds, tying Myles Turner for the team high. Freeman injured his knee during Thursday's preseason win over the Cavaliers, though he was able to accumulate 24 minutes Monday, so the injury is likely already past him. The 24-year-old's next chance to suit up will come in the Pacers' final preseason game Thursday versus the Hornets.

Pacers' Enrique Freeman: Helped to locker room
Freeman needed assistance walking to the locker room during Thursday's preseason game against the Cavaliers after suffering an apparent right knee injury, Tony East of SI.com reports.
Freeman couldn't bend his knee much on his way off the floor and likely headed to the locker room for further evaluation to determine the severity of the injury. Freeman finished the game with nine points (3-6 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 2-2 FT), nine rebounds, an assist and a block across 16 minutes off the bench.

Pacers' Enrique Freeman: Signs two-way deal
Freeman and the Pacers agreed on a two-way contract Thursday, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.
Freeman, who spent five years at Akron, was the 50th overall pick in the 2024 Draft. It's not surprising that he was signed to a two-way contract. He'll spend the majority of the season in the G League getting developmental minutes.

Pacers' Enrique Freeman: Drafted by Indiana
The Pacers selected Freeman with the No. 50 pick in the 2024 NBA Draft, Dustin Dopirak of The Indianapolis Star reports.
Freeman spent five years at Akron before declaring for the NBA Draft. In 2023-24, he averaged 18.6 points, 12.9 rebounds, 1.7 blocks and 1.6 assists in 35 games. While Freeman has shown impressive rebounding abilities for a 6-foot-7 forward, there is no obvious path for playing time right out of the gate.
