The Kings signed Toscano-Anderson to a 10-day contract Tuesday, and he'll be available to play versus Detroit, Chris Biderman of The Sacramento Bee reports. Toscano-Anderson was waived by the Kings earlier this week but will return on a new contract. He's appeared in just eight contests this year, averaging 2.4 minutes per game.... See More ... See Less

Juan Toscano-Anderson: On way out of Sacramento
The Kings are expected to waive Toscano-Anderson on Sunday, James Ham of ESPN 1320 Sacramento reports. Toscano-Anderson signed a one-year deal with the Kings on Dec. 14, but Sacramento will cut him loose before his contract becomes fully guaranteed for the rest of the season. The 30-year-old forward saw limited playing time with Sacramento, appearing in just eight contests and averaging 2.4 minutes.... See More ... See Less -
Kings' Juan Toscano-Anderson: Lands with Sacramento
Toscano-Anderson signed a one-year contract with the Kings on Thursday, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports. Toscano-Anderson began the season with the G League's Mexico City Capitanes, where he averaged 19.4 points, 6.4 rebounds and 3.6 assists in 35.0 minutes per game over 11 appearances. He's made at least 52 appearances in the NBA in each of the past three seasons while playing for the Warriors, Jazz and Lakers, and he'll be available to provide depth on the wing with his new team.... Jazz's Juan Toscano-Anderson: Back to bench Sunday
Toscano-Anderson is not starting Sunday against the Lakers, Ryan Ward of LakersNation.com reports. Toscano-Anderson made a spot start Saturday against the Nuggets, but he'll head back to a bench role here. He's averaging 2.6 points and 2.2 rebounds per game across 42 bench outings this season.... Jazz's Juan Toscano-Anderson: Nabs start Saturday
Toscano-Anderson will start Saturday's game versus the Nuggets. Toscano-Anderson has just one start under his belt since Jan. 15, but he'll add another to that list Saturday with Kelly Olynyk (rest) joining the list of starters sitting out the game. Toscano-Anderson is averaging just 4.3 points, 2.9 boards and 1.4 assists over 20.1 minutes per game in his eight previous starts this season, so the move doesn't guarantee he will return significant fantasy value.... Jazz's Juan Toscano-Anderson: Scores five off bench
Toscano-Anderson closed with five points (2-3 FG, 1-1 3Pt), two rebounds and three assists in 17 minutes during Friday's 122-114 loss to the Celtics. Toscano-Anderson was moved back to the bench Friday with Kelly Olynyk (illness) back in action and played 17 minutes. He found success as a distributor, tying his season-high in assists while making two of his three shot attempts. Toscano-Anderson should continue to see steady work off the bench for as long as the Jazz are without Lauri Markkanen (hand) and Rudy Gay (back).... See More ... See Less -
Jazz's Juan Toscano-Anderson: Moves back to bench
Toscano-Anderson isn't in the starting five for Friday's game versus the Celtics, Sean Grande of NBC Sports Boston reports. Kelly Olynyk will replace Toscano-Anderson in the starting lineup Friday. Toscano-Anderson is averaging 2.4 points and 2.1 rebounds in 10.9 minutes across his previous 38 games coming off the bench this season.... See More ... See Less -
Jazz's Juan Toscano-Anderson: Starting Wednesday
Toscano-Anderson is listed in the starting lineup for Wednesday's game in San Antonio. With Kelly Olynyk (illness) and Lauri Markkanen (hand) watching from the sidelines Wednesday, the Jazz will go with a starting five featuring Talen Horton-Tucker, Ochai Agbaji, Simone Fontecchio, Toscano-Anderson and Walker Kessler. JTA should get some decent run given Utah's lack of depth, but he can be hit-or-miss, so he's not worth much more than a dart throw in deep leagues.... See More ... See Less -
Jazz's Juan Toscano-Anderson: Making minimal impact
Toscano-Anderson racked up two points (1-1 FG), two rebounds and two assists across 12 minutes during Wednesday's 127-115 loss to the Trail Blazers. Despite logging double-digit minutes for the third time in the last four games, Toscano-Anderson has averaged just 2.5 points, 1.8 rebounds and 1.5 assists over that stretch. He's unlikely to claim a much larger role, barring injuries in the frontcourt, so he can be left on the waiver wire in the vast majority of league formats.... See More ... See Less -
Jazz's Juan Toscano-Anderson: Available to debut Saturday
Toscano-Anderson (trade) is available to make his Jazz debut during Saturday's game against the Knicks, Andy Larsen of The Salt Lake Tribune reports. Toscano-Anderson was shipped to Utah in the three-team deal involving the Lakers and Timberwolves. His role fluctuated with the Lakers; the forward averaged 2.7 points and 2.0 rebounds in 12.2 minutes. If he's part of Utah's regular rotation, it's doubtful his role will be significant enough for fantasy relevance. The Marquette product isn't a development priority for the rebuilding squad, as he's turning 30 years old later this season.... See More ... See Less -
Jazz's Juan Toscano-Anderson: Won't play against Toronto
Toscano-Anderson is out for Friday's game versus the Raptors due to his pending trade, Ben Anderson of KSL News Salt Lake City reports. Toscano-Anderson was traded from the Lakers to the Jazz on Wednesday in a three-team deal that also involved Minnesota. While it is unclear what his role will be, his next opportunity to make his Jazz debut will be Saturday's matchup with the Knicks.... See More ... See Less -
Jazz's Juan Toscano-Anderson: Shipped to Utah
The Jazz acquired Toscano-Anderson from the Lakers on Wednesday as part of a three-team deal that also involved the Timberwolves, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports. Toscano-Anderson will head to Utah along with Russell Westbrook, Damian Jones and a top-four protected 2027 first-round pick, while the Lakers take back D'Angelo Russell, Jarred Vanderbilt and Malik Beasley. Meanwhile, Minnesota receive Mike Conley, Nickeil Alexander-Walker and second-round picks in 2024, 2025 and 2026. Toscano-Anderson hadn't been a consistent part of the rotation in Los Angeles, and his outlook is unlikely to change dramatically in Utah. Perhaps he'll see some limited run behind starting forwards Lauri Markkanen and Kelly Olynyk, but Toscano-Anderson is likely looking at minutes in the teens in a best-case scenario if Utah retains relatively good health over the rest of the season.... Lakers' Juan Toscano-Anderson: Back to bench Monday
Toscano-Anderson will come off the bench for Monday's contest against the Rockets, Dave McMenamin of ESPN.com reports. With Patrick Beverley (illness) back active for Los Angeles, Toscano-Anderson will officially return to his usual reserve role. Toscano-Anderson is averaging 2.2 points and 2.1 rebounds over 10.5 minutes per game across his first 16 appearances off the bench this season.... See More ... See Less -
Lakers' Juan Toscano-Anderson: Starting Wednesday
Toscano-Anderson will be part of the starting unit Wednesday, Ryan Ward of LakersNation.com reports. Toscano-Anderson returned from a lengthy absence on Dec. 28 and has logged 12.3 minutes per game across the three games since. With the Lakers battling a slew of injuries, he will likely take on a much larger role Wednesday. However, Toscano-Anderson shouldn't be considered an appealing fantasy option considering he hasn't scored more than eight points in a game this season.... See More ... See Less -
Lakers' Juan Toscano-Anderson: Not listed on injury report
Toscano-Anderson isn't listed on the injury report for Wednesday's matchup against the Heat, Harrison Faigen of SBNation.com reports. Toscano-Anderson missed his 10th straight game Tuesday due to an ankle injury, but it appears he'll return to action during the second half of the Lakers' back-to-back set Wednesday. However, it's unclear how big of a role the backup forward will play, as he's averaging just 2.2 points and 1.8 rebounds in 10.5 minutes across 14 appearances (one start) this season.... See More ... Lakers' Juan Toscano-Anderson: Not playing Tuesday
Toscano-Anderson (ankle) is listed as out for Tuesday's game in Orlando. Toscano-Anderson hasn't played since Dec. 7 due to a right ankle sprain and is facing an unclear timeline to return to action. Whenever he's deemed ready to go, Toscano-Anderson won't be guaranteed a spot in head coach Darvin Ham's rotation.... See More ... See Less -
Lakers' Juan Toscano-Anderson: Out at least two weeks
Toscano-Anderson will be re-evaluated in two weeks for a right ankle sprain suffered in Wednesday's game against Toronto, Mike Trudell of Spectrum SportsNet reports. Toscano-Anderson injured his ankle during his first start of the season Wednesday. Austin Reaves and Lonnie Walker could see extended minutes in his absence. Toscano-Anderson is averaging 2.2 points and 1.8 rebounds in 10.4 minutes across 14 games this season.... See More ... See Less -
Lakers' Juan Toscano-Anderson: Active Friday
Toscano-Anderson (back) will play in Friday's matchup against the Spurs, Kyle Goon of The Orange County Register reports. Toscano-Anderson was previously listed as probable on the injury report and his status as available was to be expected. He will make a return to action after missing three straight games due to back issues, meaning Wenyen Gabriel will likely have his role minimized.... See More ... See Less -
Lakers' Juan Toscano-Anderson: Probable for Friday
Toscano-Anderson (back) is probable for Friday's game against the Spurs. Toscano-Anderson should return to a bench role for the Lakers and typically logs double-digit minutes off the bench. However, he isn't exactly a fantasy darling, averaging just 2.6 points and 2.1 rebounds while shooting just 18.2 percent from beyond the arc.... See More ... See Less -
Lakers' Juan Toscano-Anderson: Out at Phoenix
Toscano-Anderson (back) is out Tuesday against the Suns, Kyle Goon of The Orange County Register reports. Toscano-Anderson will be out for a third straight game. Even when he returns, his long-term role is at risk with Dennis Schroder and Thomas Bryant joining the rotation.... See More ... See Less
