    Hamilton logged seven points (2-2 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 1-2 FT), three rebounds, a steal and a block in 15 minutes during Thursday's G League win over Raptors 905. Hamilton was perfect from the floor in Thursday's victory, but he had limited shot volume and was held to just seven points. He's now logged double-digit minutes on the court in each of the last seven games but hasn't had many looks from the floor across that span.

  • Johnny Hamilton: Secures seven rebounds

    Hamilton tallied two points (1-3 FG), seven rebounds, an assist and a block in 13 minutes during Friday's G League loss to Westchester. Hamilton didn't have many looks from the floor while coming off the bench Friday, but he brought in a season-high seven rebounds in the narrow loss. He's now averaging 6.5 points and 4.0 rebounds in 17.0 minutes per game this season.

    Hamilton produced 16 points (6-8 FG, 3-3 FT), three rebounds, an assist, a steal and a block in 20 minutes during Sunday's G League loss to the Blue Coats. Hamilton had limited scoring production across his first three appearances of the season, but he saw plenty of looks from the floor Sunday and converted 75 percent of his field-goal attempts. He's now averaging 7.0 points and 2.8 rebounds in 16.2 minutes per game in the G League.

  • Johnny Hamilton: Cut by Atlanta

    The Hawks waived Hamilton on Friday. Atlanta will retain Hamilton's G League rights, should he opt to stick around stateside rather than pursuing opportunities overseas. The seven-foot center has yet to appear at the NBA level since turning pro in 2018.
