Humphries totaled 14 points (7-9 FG), nine rebounds, three blocks and a steal in 20 minutes Saturday against College Park. The 21-year-old was impressive in 20 bench minutes, finishing with a plus-14 net rating and nearing a double-double. While Humphries hasn't dominated in any one facet of the game, he's providing a steady defensive presence for Lakeland, which is off to a 4-1 start. • Magic's Isaac Humphries: Gets camp deal from Orlando

Humphries agreed in principle Wednesday with the Magic on an Exhibit 10 contract, Keith Smith of Yahoo Sports reports. Humphries made his NBA debut with the Hawks late in the 2018-19 campaign, appearing in five contests and averaging 3.0 points and 2.2 rebounds in 11.2 minutes per game. The seven-foot center most recently played for the Clippers during the Las Vegas Summer League, where he apparently attracted the Magic's attention enough to secure a training-camp invitation. Humphries is unlikely to break camp with the Magic, but he'll likely stick in the organization and open the upcoming season with Orlando's G League affiliate in Lakeland.

  • Hawks' Isaac Humphries: Inks deal with Hawks

Humphries signed with the Hawks on Monday for the remainder of the season. The former Kentucky Wildcat has spent time overseas and in the G League since going undrafted in 2017, and he'll now join the Hawks for the final 10 days of the regular season. Humphries previously made appearances in 46 games for the Erie BayHawks, averaging 11.3 points, 6.9 rebounds, 1.1 blocks and 1.1 assists per game. He's unlikely to be a major factor down the stretch, though the Hawks are in need of depth at center with both Miles Plumlee (knee) and Dewayne Dedmon (ankle) done for the season.

  • Isaac Humphries: Healthy but plays just 12 minutes

Humphries (knee) played 12 minutes on Wednesday, finishing the contest with six points (3-4 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 0-2 FT), three rebounds and one assist. Humphries found his way into the starting rotation despite missing time earlier this week with a knee injury, but still wound up playing just 12 minutes. So long as Terrence Jones continues to put up strong numbers (20 points, 14 rebounds on Wednesday), Humphries' opportunities figure to be limited.

  • Isaac Humphries: Missing time with knee injury

Humphries did not play in the Bayhawks' 119-115 loss to the Herd on Sunday due to a knee injury. The timing on Humphries' injury couldn't be worse for the Australian rookie, who had been getting less time on the court in recent weeks. Losing time due to injury, and with the meteoric ascension of teammate and fellow center Terrence Jones, Humphries will have a significantly reduced role with the Bayhawks if he can recover soon.

  • Isaac Humphries: Finishes with massive double-double

Humphries finished the 124-107 win Wednesday over the Legends with 34 points (15-21 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 1-2 FT), 15 rebounds, five blocks and two assists. Humphries put together a massive double-double, easily posting a career-high during Round One of the G League Showcase. Humphries' fantastic performance couldn't have come at a better time in terms of attracting attention from the NBA level, but it remains to be seen if the 20-year-old Aussie will continue to have this sort of impact.
