Booker finished with 33 points (11-16 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 10-12 FT), six rebounds and five assists across 41 minutes during Wednesday's 122-111 loss to the Lakers. Booker posted just eight points over the first two periods Wednesday, but he exploded for 25 points after halftime to finish with a team-best 33. The star guard was impressively efficient from the field, knocking down 11 of 15 attempts to go along with a 10-for-12 mark from the charity stripe. Booker has scored 30-plus points in six consecutive road games, and he's knocked down at least half of his shot attempts in eight of his past 10 contests overall.... See More ... See Less

Suns' Devin Booker: Erupts for 46 in loss
Booker produced 46 points (18-28 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 7-8 FT), three rebounds, one assist and one steal over 36 minutes during Sunday's 124-120 loss to the Thunder. It's the second time in the last six games Booker has poured in more than 40 points, but this time it didn't get the Suns in the win column. Kevin Durant (ankle) has missed all six of those games and is still at least a couple weeks away from returning, so Phoenix should continue to lean heavily on Booker in the meantime. Over Durant's latest absence, Booker is averaging 33.2 points, 3.7 boards, 3.2 assists, 2.3 threes and 1.5 steals while shooting 58.2 percent from the floor and 42.4 percent from long distance.... Suns' Devin Booker: Scores 19 points Thursday
Booker closed Thursday's 116-113 victory over the Magic with 19 points (7-17 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 3-3 FT), five rebounds and two assists in 36 minutes. Booker was far from his best Thursday, as he failed to reach the 20-point mark for the first time since the All-Star break. The star guard is averaging 31.0 points per game since the intermission, however, so there's a strong chance this was nothing but a slight hiccup for one of the best pure scorers in the league.... Suns' Devin Booker: Pours in 30 points in loss
Booker contributed 30 points (13-27 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 3-3 FT), four rebounds, three assists and two steals over 43 minutes during Tuesday's 116-104 loss to Milwaukee. Booker was once again the offensive engine for the team, but his effort wasn't enough to upend the Bucks in the potential NBA Finals preview. It's clear that Kevin Durant (ankle) is the missing piece the Suns need to turn the corner. The losses of Mikal Bridges and Cameron Johnson have hurt them, leaving Booker and Chris Paul to handle a heavy load. Few players have been as prolific as Booker during the month of March. Over the last seven games, the All-Star has averaged 34.6 points, 5.6 assists and 4.3 rebounds.... See More ... See Less -
Suns' Devin Booker: Leading scorer in loss
Booker logged 32 points (12-20 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 8-10 FT), four rebounds, two steals and one assist across 35 minutes during Monday's 123-112 loss to Golden State. Booker did his best to keep Phoenix in the game early while the Warriors put up a massive first quarter, and the star guard finished the contest with his fifth performance of 30-plus points over his past six games. Over that span, he's averaging a robust 35.3 points on 59.9 percent shooting from the field along with 6.0 assists, 4.3 boards and 3.0 triples per game. Perhaps the only disappointing aspect of his production Monday was a lack of triples -- this was the first time he hasn't knocked down at least one three-pointer since before the All-Star break.... Suns' Devin Booker: Leads team with 28 points
Booker ended Saturday's 128-119 loss to the Kings with 28 points (11-19 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 4-4 FT), eight assists, three rebounds and three steals over 38 minutes. Booker wasn't able to replicate the 44-point effort he delivered in a tidy 28 minutes in Wednesday's blowout win over the Thunder, but he still managed to lead the team in scoring Saturday while converting efficiently from the field. With Kevin Durant (ankle) out until at least the end of the month, Booker should continue to enjoy a nice bump in usage for the next three weeks while serving as the Suns' clear-cut go-to scorer.... Suns' Devin Booker: Drops game-high 44 points
Booker notched 44 points (17-23 FG, 6-10 3Pt, 4-5 FT), four assists, three rebounds and one block across 28 minutes during Wednesday's 132-101 victory over the Thunder. With Kevin Durant being forced to sit out due to a last-minute ankle injury suffered during pregame warmups, Booker stepped up to lead the Suns to an easy victory with a game-high scoring total. Due to the blowout, Booker wasn't pressed into extended action, but he still produced at an exceptional level during his time on the court, scoring 30 of his points in the first half along. Booker has scored at least 35 points in all four games this month, but since the production has come on 60.2 percent shooting from the field and 53.3 percent shooting from three-point range, regression will likely be headed his way sooner or later.... Suns' Devin Booker: Huge double-double against Dallas
Booker totaled 36 points (15-25 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 5-6 FT), five rebounds, 10 assists and one steal over 40 minutes during Sunday's 130-126 win over the Mavericks. Kevin Durant erupted for a game-high 37, but Booker nearly matched him while leading the Suns in assists as the duo gave the glimpse of what it will have to deal with down the stretch. Booker has scored at least 35 points in all three games since Durant made his Phoenix debut. and while the 26-year-old was already averaging a career-high 27.0 points a game on the season coming into Sunday, he might be able to find another gear to close out the regular season.... Suns' Devin Booker: Leading scorer in win
Booker finished Wednesday's 105-91 win over Charlotte with 37 points (15-26 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 4-6 FT), six rebounds, seven assists and two blocks over 33 minutes. Booker led the Suns with 37 points on 57.7 percent shooting Wednesday night. With the debut of new teammate Kevin Durant in the lineup, the former Kentucky guard's usage didn't take a hit. He's now averaging 26.8 points per game in 36 appearances this season and should continue to thrive even with another superstar on the team.... See More ... See Less -
Suns' Devin Booker: Top scorer in near double-double
Booker finished Sunday's 104-101 loss to the Bucks with 24 points (9-21 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 5-9 FT), four rebounds and eight assists over 38 minutes. Booker led the Suns in scoring and assists in Sunday's loss, coming up two dimes short of recording a double-double performance. Booker has recorded at least 20 points and five assists on 19 occasions this season.... See More ... See Less -
Suns' Devin Booker: Strong all-around outing
Booker posted 25 points (9-21 FG, 1-7 3Pt, 6-6 FT), six rebounds and eight assists across 36 minutes during Friday's 124-115 victory over the Thunder. Booker didn't have his best shooting performance and needed 21 shots to score 25 points. However, he still posted a solid stat line while ending just two assists away from recording a double-double, something he hasn't accomplished since a 27-point, 11-rebound output against the Jazz on Nov. 26. Booker is still shaking off some rust after missing 26 of a possible 29 games between Dec. 11 and Feb. 4 due to a groin injury, but he's averaging 23.2 points, 6.0 assists and 4.4 rebounds across five appearances since returning to action earlier this month.... Suns' Devin Booker: Pours in 32 in 29 minutes
Booker finished Tuesday's 120-109 win over the Kings with 32 points (13-20 FG, 6-7 FT), five rebounds, two assists and two steals in 29 minutes. Booker has played under 30 minutes in each of his first three games since returning from a six-week absence due to a left groin strain, but the limited playing time didn't stop him from turning in an efficient scoring performance Tuesday, though it was lacking in its usual production from three-point range. He could be on a light minutes limit once again Thursday against the Clippers, but look for Booker to be free of restrictions following the All-Star break.... See More ... See Less -
Suns' Devin Booker: Remains limited against Sacramento
Booker is still on a minutes restriction for Tuesday's game versus the Kings, Duane Rankin of The Arizona Republic reports. Booker will remain in the starting lineup Tuesday but will receive a limited workload due to his groin injury. The star guard played 26 minutes in each of his last two appearances.... See More ... Suns' Devin Booker: Not on injury report
Booker (groin) is not on the injury report for Friday's matchup against the Pacers, Kellan Olson of ArizonaSports.com reports. Booker sat out Thursday's loss to the Hawks to manage his left groin injury, but as expected, he'll be back in the Suns' starting lineup for the second half of the team's back-to-back set Friday. He returned to action Tuesday following nearly a two-month absence due to the groin issue and posted 19 points (6-15 FG), six assists and four rebounds in 26 minutes. He was clearly shaking off some rust, but it shouldn't be long until the sharpshooter returns to his usual workload.... See More ... See Less -
Suns' Devin Booker: Won't play Thursday
Booker will miss Thursday's game versus the Hawks to manage a left groin injury, Duane Rankin of The Arizona Republic reports. Booker returned to action Tuesday after more than a month on the sidelines and displayed some rust, knocking down only six of his 15 shot attempts and going just 2-of-8 from beyond the arc. He'll take a night off to rest up in the first game of a back-to-back set Thursday but seems likely to retake the floor Friday at Indiana.... See More ... See Less -
Suns' Devin Booker: Supplies balanced showing in return
Booker (groin) recorded 19 points (6-15 FG, 2-8 3Pt, 5-7 FT), six assists and four rebounds in 26 minutes during Tuesday's 116-112 win over Brooklyn. Suiting up for the first time since Christmas Day, Booker was on a playing-time restriction but nonetheless turned in a solid performance aside from some poor shooting from the field and free-throw line, which isn't unexpected given his long layoff. Booker may be under a restriction for the next game or two, but it likely won't be long before he resumes playing around 35 minutes per contest.... See More ... See Less -
Suns' Devin Booker: Set to play Tuesday
Booker (groin) will play Tuesday against the Nets, Chris Haynes of Turner Sports reports. Coach Monty Williams said Monday that he expected Booker to play against Brooklyn, and the shooting guard has indicated that he'll be available for the first time since Christmas Day. The 26-year-old averaged 27.1 points, 5.6 assists and 4.6 rebounds in 34.6 minutes per game over 29 appearances prior to his absence but will likely face a significant minutes restriction Tuesday. The shooting guard will likely reclaim a starting role against the Nets, but Damion Lee and Torrey Craig could still see slightly increased run if Booker is eased into action.... See More ... Suns' Devin Booker: Expected to return Tuesday
Suns head coach Monty Williams said Monday that he expects Booker (groin) to play in Tuesday's game against the Nets, Duane Rankin of The Arizona Republic reports. Booker looks on track to suit up for the first time Christmas Day, and he'll presumably have a minutes restriction in place in his return from a six-week absence. With Booker expected back, Torrey Craig will likely shift to the second unit, and there will be less usage for Mikal Bridges and Cameron Johnson.... See More ... See Less -
Suns' Devin Booker: Targeting Tuesday
Booker (groin) has been ramping up his on-court work and could return to the floor as soon as Tuesday's game against the Nets, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports. This means that Booker will remain on the sidelines for Phoenix's games Friday and Saturday, but he will be traveling with the team on its upcoming five-game road trip, and it sounds like his return is right around the corner. He'll likely be eased back into things, but once he returns, expect Torrey Craig to head back to the second unit, and there won't be as many minutes available for guys like Ish Wainright and Damion Lee. Cameron Johnson's usage rate will dip as well.... See More ... See Less -
Suns' Devin Booker: Considered day-to-day
Booker (groin) continues to progress in on-court activity, and his status will be updated game by game, Gerald Bourguet of GoPHNX.com reports. Booker has already been ruled out for Wednesday's game versus the Hawks but will have his first chance to return in Friday's matchup with Boston. The star guard hasn't played since Dec. 25 due to a left groin strain. However, it seems likely that Booker will take the floor in early-to-mid February.... See More ... See Less
