MaxPreps crowned its first high school basketball national champion in 2009 after Findlay Prep (Henderson, Nev.) capped a 33-0 season by defeating previous No. 1 Oak Hill Academy (Mouth of Wilson, Va.) 74-66 in the ESPN Rise National High School Invitational championship game.
