  • Maple Leafs' Max Domi: Four helpers against Caps

Domi notched four assists in Wednesday's 7-3 win over the Capitals. The 29-year-old is taking advantage of his placement on a line with Auston Matthews while Mitchell Marner (ankle) is sidelined. During the five games Marner has missed, Domi has one goal and seven points, with Wednesday's four-point performance being a season high. His first season in Toronto has still largely been a disappointment though -- through 68 games Domi has just eight goals and 39 points.

  • Maple Leafs' Max Domi: Seven points in last nine games

Domi scored a goal and added an assist in a 3-2 win over Montreal on Saturday. He broke in alone on Sam Montembeault near the end of the second and flipped a shot under the netminder's left arm to put the Leafs up 2-1. Domi has turned his game around in the last couple of weeks, generating three goals, seven points and 23 shots on net over his past nine outings. He doesn't contribute to the power play but could be helpful as a depth addition to fantasy managers.

  • Maple Leafs' Max Domi: Manages helper in OT win

Domi supplied an assist in Wednesday's 2-1 overtime win over the Sabres. Working behind the net, Domi chipped the puck to Tyler Bertuzzi, who quickly fed William Nylander for a second-period goal. Domi failed to get a shot on goal in the contest, but he's dishing a fair amount based on 25 of his 32 points being apples through 62 contests. The 29-year-old pivot seems to be doing enough to warrant a roster spot in deep leagues.

  • Maple Leafs' Max Domi: Nets two goals in win

Domi scored twice on five shots in Thursday's 7-3 win over the Golden Knights. Goals have been hard to come by for Domi this season -- after Thursday, he has just seven tallies on the year. The 28-year-old has earned five points over his last seven contests while holding down a middle-six role. He's up to 29 points, 86 shots on net, 75 PIM, 43 hits and a plus-1 rating through 56 appearances.

  • Maple Leafs' Max Domi: Fiery effort in blowout win

Domi had two assists to work around 11 PIM in Saturday's 9-2 win over the Ducks. Domi was a real menace to the Ducks, as he set up two goals and asserted himself physically based on the separate fighting, hooking and roughing penalties. Fantasy leagues generally don't reward for PIM to the high degree that they did in the previous decade, but Domi, despite averaging only 13 minutes of ice time, remains relevant in deep leagues based on five goals and 22 assists through 53 contests.

  • Maple Leafs' Max Domi: Pockets helper Tuesday

Domi notched an assist and two PIM in Tuesday's 3-0 win over the Kings. Domi has four helpers over his last three games. The 28-year-old continues to see relatively limited ice time on the third line, but he's been productive with 11 points over his last 14 outings. For the season, the veteran forward has 22 points, 48 shots on net, 56 PIM and a plus-1 rating through 35 contests.

  • Maple Leafs' Max Domi: Assists on both goals in loss

Domi recorded two assists, two PIM and a plus-2 rating in Saturday's 3-2 loss to the Hurricanes. Domi played provider, setting up Timothy Liljegren and Nick Robertson for the Maple Leafs' third-period goals. The 28-year-old Domi has been solid lately, racking up two goals and six helpers over his last nine outings, though he remains firmly on the third line. The forward is up to 21 points, 47 shots on net, 54 PIM, 22 hits and an even plus-minus rating through 34 contests overall. Domi also sees time on the second power-play unit, but his production there is not very consistent.

  • Maple Leafs' Max Domi: Best night in blue and white

Domi scored a goal and added two assists in a 7-0 win over the Penguins on Saturday. With Auston Matthews out sick, Domi shifted into the top six and showed off his offensive talents. It was his most productive game as a Maple Leaf. Domi has 17 points, including two goals, in 28 outings this season. Domi's fantasy value would spike up if he could stick in a top-six role, but it probably won't be long before he is back on the third line.

  • Maple Leafs' Max Domi: Contributes goal Saturday

Domi found the back of the net in a 4-3 overtime loss to Boston on Saturday. Domi's marker was his first of the season, though he had contributed 11 assists over 21 games going into Saturday's action. He's recorded just 31 shots this season for a pace of 1.41 per game. Domi is currently on track for the lowest shots per game of his career. However, when you consider the 28-year-old entered the contest averaging just 12:58 of ice time, which is down from his career average of 16:16, perhaps it's not surprising Domi isn't taking many shots.

  • Maple Leafs' Max Domi: Two helpers in OT loss

Domi picked up two assists in Friday's 4-3 overtime loss to Chicago. The 28-year-old is still looking for his first goal as a member of the Maple Leafs, but Domi has had a productive start to the season with 11 assists in 18 games, including seven in his last seven contests. He's proving to be a reliable addition to Toronto's third line, but without ice time alongside any of the team's Core Four (Auston Matthews, Mitchell Marner, John Tavares and William Nylander), Domi's fantasy ceiling will be capped.

  • Maple Leafs' Max Domi: Four-game point streak

Domi had two assists in a 5-2 win over the Canucks on Saturday. He also picked up 17 PIM. Domi's early-season slumber seems to have broken. He's back at center, and he seems far more comfortable there than on the wing. He also got physical Saturday night, earning an instigator penalty, a fighting major and a misconduct in the first for jumping Vancouver blueliner Ian Cole . Domi is on a four-game, five-assist scoring streak, and that's great news for fantasy managers who stayed patient through his early-season struggles.

  • Maple Leafs' Max Domi: Stuns visiting team

Domi scored the shootout winner to complement his regulation assist in Friday's 5-4 victory win over the Flames. Domi extended his point streak to three games thanks to his secondary apple in the first frame. Unfortunately, very few, if any, fantasy leagues assign points for the type of shootout heroics that Domi pulled off Friday when he went top shelf on Calgary netminder Dan Vladar. Still, in pursuit of a non-shootout goal as he starts his tenure with the Maple Leafs, Domi has just 19 shots on net through 14 games. As a result, he'll need to get creative to sustain the offensive production.

  • Maple Leafs' Max Domi: Two apples in win

Domi picked up two assists in Saturday's 4-3 overtime win over the Lightning. He set up both Matthew Knies' goals in the third period, and he appeared visibly relieved -- it's been a rough start for Domi in Toronto. He still doesn't have a goal this season, but one will come soon.

  • Maple Leafs' Max Domi: Awkward fit with new team

Domi has been shifted to the third line for the Leafs' upcoming road trip, reports The Athletic. Domi made it only five periods on a line with William Nylander and John Tavares before being shuffled off because of the winger's defensive limitations. The trio was outscored 3-0 with him on the line. Domi will skate with Calle Jarnkrok and Fraser Minten on the upcoming five-game trip, and the hope is the two-way strength of those two can offset Domi's shortcomings. It's still early, but Domi is already proving to be an awkward fit in the Leafs lineup.

  • Maple Leafs' Max Domi: Tough night in debut in new city

Domi had two shots and finished minus-1 in 11:39 of ice time in Toronto's 6-5 shootout win over Montreal on Wednesday. It was a tough night for the son of the Leaf legend, Tie. Max seemed to be gripping his stick a little too hard, and he coughed the puck up on a break out that turned into a Montreal goal. Domi will find his place in Leafland. Don't stress yet.

  • Maple Leafs' Max Domi: Joining Maple Leafs

Toronto signed Domi to a one-year, $3 million contract Sunday, Chris Johnston of TSN reports. Domi could begin the 2023-24 campaign with top-six minutes in Toronto. He scored 20 goals and 56 points with a minus-15 rating through 80 games with the Blackhawks and Stars last season before adding 13 points in 19 postseason appearances. Domi has now signed one-year contracts in consecutive offseasons.

  • Stars' Max Domi: Helpers in consecutive games

Domi logged an assist and blocked two shots in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Golden Knights in Game 5. Domi set up Ty Dellandrea's second goal of the game at 12:02 of the third period. It was Domi's second assist in as many contests, but he's still gone eight outings without a goal. The 28-year-old forward has 13 points, 31 shots on net, 52 PIM and a minus-3 rating through 18 appearances this postseason.

  • Stars' Max Domi: Records assist Thursday

Domi notched an assist and four shots on goal in Thursday's 3-2 overtime win over the Golden Knights in Game 4. The helper snapped a four-game point drought for Domi, who has still gone seven contests without a goal. The 28-year-old will be one of the players expected to step up with Jamie Benn (suspension) and Evgenii Dadonov (lower body) out of the lineup. Domi has 12 points, 30 shots on net, 11 hits and 52 PIM through 17 playoff outings.

  • Stars' Max Domi: Receives fine for slashing

Domi was handed a $5,000 fine by the NHL on Wednesday for slashing Mark Stone during Tuesday's 4-0 loss to Vegas. Domi wasn't penalized for slashing Stone during the contest, but he did receive 14 PIM due to other incidents. Through 16 playoff appearances this year, Domi has three goals, 11 points and 52 PIM.

  • Stars' Max Domi: Three points in Game 4 win

Domi scored twice, dished an assist, logged two hits, added two PIM and went plus-2 in Tuesday's 6-3 win over the Kraken in Game 4. Domi and Thomas Harley assisted on each other's goals in the second period, and Domi added an empty-net tally in the third. The 28-year-old started slow in the playoffs, but he's racked up all 10 of his points in the postseason over the last six contests. He's added 38 PIM, 18 shots on net, a plus-1 rating and seven hits over 10 playoff outings.
