Duvernay agreed to terms Wednesday with the Bears on a one-year contract, Jordan Schultz of Fox Sports reports.

Duvernay joins Chicago as a return specialist who's capable of filling a depth role at wide receiver behind DJ Moore, Rome Odunze and Olamide Zaccheaus. He suited up for 13 games with Jacksonville in 2024 but was cut by the team early March in order to clear up cap space. Duvernay is unlikely to emerge as a significant contributor on offense for Chicago and therefore holds little fantasy value, aside from unique formats that place a premium on return yardage.

Samuel and the Commanders agreed to terms Wednesday on a reworked one-year contract that provides him with a $17 million guaranteed salary and the ability to earn up to $3 million in incentives, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Samuel's reworked contract seems mutually beneficial, as it provides him with new incentives and a stronger baseline for 2025, while likely lessening Washington's commitment beyond the coming season. He previously had a $16.6 million non-guaranteed salary for 2025. Coming off a lackluster 2024 campaign in San Francisco, the 29-year-old playmaker will work to reignite his career while lining up alongside reigning second-team All-Pro selection Terry McLaurin. Samuel's versatility will make him a strong fit for offensive coordinator Kliff Kingsbury's scheme, as long as he can regain some of the dynamic abilities he showcased during his prime years in San Francisco. He recorded just 51 catches (on 81 targets) for 670 yards and three scores and added 136 yards and a touchdown on 42 carries over 15 appearances during his final season with the 49ers.

Wilson agreed Wednesday to rework his contract with the Saints, reducing his 2015 base salary from $3.4 million to $1.17 million, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports.

The new salary is league minimum for a player with Wilson's service time. The move improves his chances of earning a roster spot, and the contract is still scheduled to void after the 2025 season. The 29-year-old played 15 games for the Saints in 2024, catching 20 of 27 targets for 211 yards and one touchdown while mostly serving as the team's third or fourth wide receiver. Wilson's role in 2025 -- or lack thereof -- will partially depend on the health of Chris Olave (head) and Rashid Shaheed (knee).

Brown has resumed working out, and he said Tuesday that he'll "come back stronger" after missing the end of last season with a kidney injury, Ivan Lambert of USA Today reports.

Released by the Texans last summer, Brown landed on his feet in Washington and quickly earned the No. 2 receiver job. He averaged 3.2 catches for 41.2 yards in 11 games, albeit with his lone touchdown coming on a Hail Mary, before a kidney laceration in early December brought his season to an early end. The Commanders re-signed Brown last week on a one-year deal worth up to $4.5 million, which is similar to what he received from the Texans at the same time last year before Houston's acquisition of Stefon Diggs made him expendable. The Commanders have also made a major trade for a veteran wide receiver, adding Deebo Samuel, but Washington is still lacking in depth after losing Dyami Brown (Jaguars) and Olamide Zaccheaus (Bears) in free agency. While Noah Brown's depth-chart standing could still take a hit as the offseason progresses, he's a clear favorite for the No. 3 receiver job among players currently on the roster.

The Packers signed Hardman (knee) to a one-year deal Tuesday, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.

Hardman will head to Green Bay after catching 12 passes for 90 yards and carrying the ball five times for an additional 62 yards and a touchdown in 12 games for Kansas City last season. He suffered a knee injury in December that landed him on injured reserve but can contribute on both offense and as a kick returner when healthy.

The Panthers and Moore agreed to terms on a one-year contract Tuesday.

Moore suited up for all 17 of Carolina's regular-season games in 2024, putting up a 32-351-3 receiving line on 57 targets. The 30-year-old will spend the offseason working to be a reliable depth option behind Adam Thielen and Xavier Legette (foot), with Jalen Coker currently looking like the favorite for the No. 3 role. The Panthers remain a candidate to add further playmakers to the wide receiver corps this offseason, whether via April's draft or more additions in free agency.

Jones will sign with the Vikings, Craig Peters of the Vikings' official site reports.

Jones has spent the past four seasons in Jacksonville, but he'll get a fresh start with a new squad. He's coming off a 2024 season that saw him haul in three of his five targets for 41 yards over 17 games. He also contributed as a kick returner, and he could slot in as a regular special-teams contributor in 2025.

Higgins and Cincinnati were able to come to an agreement on a long-term deal after the wide receiver had been franchise tagged for the second straight year. The 26-year-old caught 73 of 109 targets for 911 yards and 10 touchdowns over 12 regular-season games in 2024, and he'll now remain a Bengal for the foreseeable future. Teammate Ja'Marr Chase and the team also agreed on a four-year, $161 million contract extension Sunday, so the formidable wideout duo will continue to cause problems for defenses for years to come.

Additionally, teammate Tee Higgins and Cincinnati agreed on a four-year, $115 million deal Sunday, keeping both of Joe Burrow's top pass catchers under contract for the foreseeable future.

Jones signed a contract with the Saints on Saturday, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.

Jones played three regular-season games (two with the Bears, one with the Panthers) in 2024 and logged two carries for 11 yards and one catch for eight yards over that span. He's got an outside shot at consistent reps out of the Saints' backfield, but he could earn a spot on the 53-man roster for 2025 as a return specialist.
