Raiders' Chandler Jones: Out again for Week 2

Jones (personal) is listed as out for Sunday's game at Buffalo, Anthony Galaviz of The Fresno Bee reports.

For the second straight game, Jones -- who didn't practice this week -- will sit out due to what the Raiders list as a not-injury-related/personal reason. Rookie Tyree Wilson should be in line to start in his absence.
