Okwara (Achilles) is officially inactive for Sunday's game against the Jaguars.
The 27-year-old was activated from the reserve/PUP list Saturday, but he's apparently not quite ready for game action. Okwara's level of participation at practice during the upcoming week should indicate whether he'll be able to make his season debut Week 14 versus Minnesota.
