Jets' Chris Owusu: Active Sunday

Owusu (knee) is active Sunday against the Patriots.

Owusu was limited in practice all week, and while he is healthy enough to dress Sunday, Brandon Marshall and Eric Decker continue to dominate the targets, leaving Owusu with a fairly limited fantasy upside.
