  • Nets' Dennis Schroder: Sparks offense in overtime win

Schroder posted 21 points (8-19 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 2-2 FT), eight assists, four rebounds, one steal and one block over 43 minutes in Wednesday's 122-119 overtime win over Washington. Schroder boosted Brooklyn offensively in Wednesday's victory, connecting on a team-high-tying trio of threes while leading all Nets in assists and ending as one of two players with 20 or more points. Schroder has posted at least 20 points and eight assists in six games this season, and Wednesday he notched his first game with 20 or more points since a 31-point outing March 10.

  • Nets' Dennis Schroder: Solid output vs. former team

Schroder registered 19 points (7-15 FG, 1-7 3Pt, 4-4 FT), five rebounds and seven assists across 37 minutes during Monday's 96-88 victory over the Raptors. Schroder was impressive against his former team, but perhaps the most important aspect of his performance Monday was that he managed to bounce back from a couple of underwhelming efforts. He was coming off two straight games with single-digit scoring performances. Despite the ups and downs, Schroder has done a decent job as a starter in Brooklyn, averaging 15.2 points, 6.7 assists, 2.8 rebounds and 0.7 steals per game since the beginning of March.

  • Nets' Dennis Schroder: Set to play Saturday

Schroder is available for Saturday's game versus the Knicks. Schroder has been upgraded from probable to available Saturday after being a late addition to the injury report with right forearm soreness. Schroder is averaging 15.5 points, 6.9 assists and 2.3 rebounds in 35.2 minutes across his last 10 appearances.

  • Nets' Dennis Schroder: Late addition to injury report

Schroder is listed as probable for Saturday's game versus the Knicks due to right forearm soreness, Evan Barnes of Newsday reports. Despite being a late addition to the injury report Saturday, Schroder is still expected to play. The 29-year-old guard has started in all of Brooklyn's last 14 outings.

  • Nets' Dennis Schroder: Goes for 19 with seven dimes

Schroder posted 19 points (8-19 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 1-2 FT), three rebounds, seven assists, one block and one steal over 42 minutes during Sunday's 122-115 overtime loss to San Antonio. Schroder was far from being at his best in terms of efficiency, needing 19 shots to score 19 points, but he still posted a decent stat line overall, making an impact both as a scorer and playmaker. Over his last 10 games, all as a starter for Brooklyn, Schroder is averaging 17.5 points, 7.0 assists and 2.9 rebounds per game. Despite the fact he's going to have poor shooting performances from time to time, Schroder will remain a valuable fantasy asset as long as he plays heavy minutes in a struggling Brooklyn team.

  • Nets' Dennis Schroder: Scores 13 points with 13 shots

Schroder accumulated 13 points (4-13 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 3-4 FT), two rebounds, five assists and one steal in 31 minutes during Saturday's 121-100 loss to the Pacers. Schroder didn't have his best shooting performance, but in reality, the entire Nets offense looked sluggish Saturday, with Schroder being one of the few players who posted a decent stat line. The veteran floor general has failed to reach the 20-point mark in his last four outings since scoring a season-high 31 points against the Pistons on March 7, but he remains a productive player while holding the starting role at point guard. He's averaging 17.2 points, 6.4 assists and 2.6 rebounds per game since moving to the first unit permanently.

  • Nets' Dennis Schroder: Pours in season-high 31 in loss

Schroder amassed 31 points (12-17 FG, 5-7 3Pt, 2-3 FT), one rebound and eight assists in 39 minutes during Thursday's 118-112 loss to the Pistons. It was a season-high night for Schroder, who was making his seventh straight start while Cam Thomas recovers from an ankle/foot sprain. Schroder may not give the job back once Thomas returns -- over that seven-game stretch, the 30-year-old journeyman guard is averaging 19.1 points, 6.7 assists, 3.1 threes and 2.6 boards while shooting 54.3 percent from the floor and a stunning 61.1 percent (22-for-36) from beyond the arc.

  • Nets' Dennis Schroder: Another impressive showing Tuesday

Schroder contributed 20 points (7-12 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 5-7 FT), two rebounds, eight assists and one block across 34 minutes during Tuesday's 112-107 victory over Philadelphia. Schroder continues to settle in well in a starting role for the Nets, and he seems to be playing better and better with each passing game. He's scored in double digits in each of his last six starts with Brooklyn, a span in which he's averaging 17.2 points, 6.5 assists, 2.8 rebounds and a combined 1.5 steals-plus-blocks. To note, he's also shooting an impressive -- but likely unsustainable -- 58.6 percent from three-point range over those six contests.

  • Nets' Dennis Schroder: Sniffs double-double Monday

Schroder finished Monday's 106-102 loss to the Grizzlies with 13 points (5-13 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 1-3 FT), two rebounds, nine assists and one steal over 37 minutes. Schroder didn't have his best shooting performance and was particularly woeful from beyond the arc, but he still posted a solid stat line and ended just one assist away from recording a double-double. Schroder has started in each of the Nets' last five games, averaging 16.6 points and 6.2 assists per game, so he should remain in that role going forward, giving him a decent upside in most formats.

  • Nets' Dennis Schroder: Goes for 23 points in win

Schroder had 23 points (9-15 FG, 5-7 3Pt), eight rebounds and seven assists over 27 minutes during Thursday's 124-97 victory over the Hawks. Schroder has done a good job since moving to the starting lineup three games ago, hitting the 15-point mark in each of those contests. Schroder can thrive offensively in a steady role, and his fantasy upside should experience an uptick with a higher usage rate.

  • Nets' Dennis Schroder: Goes for 15 points in loss

Schroder chipped in 15 points (6-10 FG, 3-4 3Pt), one rebound, two assists and three steals over 25 minutes during Tuesday's 108-81 loss to the Magic. Schroder was one of the few bright spots in an anemic Brooklyn offense that recorded 81 points, one of its lowest marks of the season, in this defeat. Schroder has been alternating between the starting lineup and the bench, which makes it a bit hard for him to have a solid fantasy floor, but he's scored in double digits in his last two starts, so it wouldn't be surprising if he remains in that role when Brooklyn takes on Atlanta on Thursday.

  • Nets' Dennis Schroder: Fuels easy win

Schroder provided 18 points (7-12 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 1-2 FT), two rebounds and five assists over 26 minutes during Monday's 111-86 win over the Grizzlies. Schroder posted a team-high 18 points, while fellow on-ball weapon Ben Simmons delivered four points and three assists 14 minutes. Schroder is a seasoned leader with pedigree to orchestrate the offense, but he's unlikely to exceed a 25-to-30 minute workload on a nightly basis.

  • Nets' Dennis Schroder: Moves into starting lineup

Schroeder is starting Monday's game against the Grizzlies, Erik Slater of ClutchPoints.com reports. Schroder will draw the start at point guard in place of Ben Simmons, who will be utilized off the bench Monday evening. Schroder's last start dates back to Feb. 14, when he finished with four points, three rebounds and one assist over 18 minutes in Boston.

  • Nets' Dennis Schroder: Struggles off bench Thursday

Schroder recorded four points (1-7 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 1-2 FT), two rebounds and two assists in 23 minutes during Thursday's 121-93 loss to Toronto. Schroder reprised his bench role Thursday with Ben Simmons returning to the starting lineup. Schroder struggled in the loss as he missed six of his seven field-goal attempts and finished the game tied with Mikal Bridges for the worst point differential of minus-30. Schroder is capable of producing more on the offensive side of the floor, but his opportunities will be limited in games in which he comes off the pine.

  • Nets' Dennis Schroder: Returns to bench

Schroder isn't in the starting lineup for Thursday's game versus the Raptors, Brian Lewis of the New York Post reports. Ben Simmons will replace Dennis Schroder in the starting lineup Thursday. Schroder is averaging 11.8 points, 5.8 assists and 4.0 rebounds in 28.0 minutes across his last five appearances coming off the bench.

  • Nets' Dennis Schroder: Limited impact in start vs. Boston

Schroder had four points (2-8 FG, 0-1 3Pt), three rebounds and one assist in 18 minutes during Wednesday's 136-86 loss to Boston. Schroder entered the starting lineup for Wednesday's contest with Ben Simmons (knee) sidelined for the second game of a back-to-back. Schroder wasn't able to get much going on the offensive side of the floor, but the same could be said for the team as a whole as Nets shot 38.3 percent from the field. Schroder's playing time following the All-Star break will largely depend on the availability of Simmons, and the former figures to oscillate between the starting lineup and bench for the rest of the regular season.

  • Nets' Dennis Schroder: Making first start with new club

Schroder will start at point guard in Wednesday's game against the Celtics. In just his third game with Brooklyn, Schroder will enter the starting lineup, replacing Ben Simmons (knee). In his two appearances since being dealt to the Nets, Schroder is averaging 12.0 points, 7.5 assists and 4.0 rebounds in 29.5 minutes per game.

  • Nets' Dennis Schroder: Impresses off bench in team debut

Schroder amassed 15 points (6-13 FG, 3-5 3Pt), three rebounds and 12 assists over 27 minutes during Saturday's 123-103 victory over the Spurs. Schroder appeared in his first game with Brooklyn after being traded to the team last week, impressing in his first action with the Nets while leading all Brooklyn bench players in scoring and handing out a game-best assist total en route to a double-double performance. Schroder tied a season-high mark in assists while posting his seventh double-double performance of the year.

  • Nets' Dennis Schroder: To make team debut Saturday

Schroder (recently traded) is available for Saturday's game against the Spurs, NBA writer Billy Reinhardt reports. Schroder didn't make his team debut Thursday since his trade was still pending, but he'll be able to don a Nets uniform during Saturday's matchup. He'll likely take on a starting role after Spencer Dinwiddie was traded to the Raptors, although it's also possible that Brooklyn tries to deploy Ben Simmons at point guard.

  • Nets' Dennis Schroder: Headed to Brooklyn

The Raptors traded Schroder and Thaddeus Young to the Nets on Thursday in exchange for Spencer Dinwiddie, Erik Slater of ClutchPoints.com reports. After starting 30 of the first 32 games of the season for Toronto, Schroder has seen his role decrease since the arrival of Immanuel Quickley. In the 19 games since, Schroder is averaging 12.2 points, 4.7 assists and 2.8 rebounds in 27.9 minutes across 19 appearances. The veteran point guard is still a quality playmaker and will likely start for the Nets after the departure of Dinwiddie, though Brooklyn could still opt to try Ben Simmons at point guard.
