Crowder supplied 18 points (7-11 FG, 4-6 3Pt), two rebounds and three steals across 32 minutes during Sunday's 140-129 victory over the Suns. It's his best scoring effort since dropping 21 points against the Timberwolves on Feb. 8. Crowder has started 17 straight games, but he's scored in double digits only three times during that stretch while averaging 5.8 points, 3.6 boards, 1.3 assists, 1.1 steals and 1.0 threes in 23.8 minutes a contest. Despite his consistent role, Crowder doesn't offer enough from a fantasy perspective to be worth rostering in the vast majority of formats, and he'll likely retreat to a reserve role when Khris Middleton (ankle) and Giannis Antetokounmpo (hamstring) are both available.... Bucks' Jae Crowder: Goes scoreless in start
Crowder produced two assists and one steal over 16 minutes during Tuesday's 129-94 loss to the Kings. Crowder played only 16 minutes, but a goose egg from a starter is never a good sign. The Bucks have dropped three of their last four games and need more support for Giannis Antetokounmpo. Crowder is conspicuously inefficient. He's failed to reach double-digit scoring in seven consecutive games.... See More ... See Less -
Bucks' Jae Crowder: Good to go Wednesday
Crowder (knee) is available for Wednesday's game versus the Warriors, Eric Nehm of The Athletic reports. Crowder has been upgraded from probable to available Wednesday despite dealing with a left knee contusion. The veteran forward is averaging 3.5 points, 3.8 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 1.0 steals in 24.3 minutes across his last 10 appearances.... See More ... See Less -
Bucks' Jae Crowder: Likely to play against Warriors
Crowder is listed as probable for Wednesday's game versus the Warriors due to a left knee contusion. It's unclear when Crowder suffered his left knee injury, but it isn't expected to keep him out of Wednesday's contest. If Crowder is upgraded to available, he should make his 12th straight start, as Khris Middleton (ankle) remains out.... See More ... See Less -
Bucks' Jae Crowder: Held in check
Crowder logged three points (1-4 FG, 1-3 3Pt), two rebounds and one assist across 18 minutes during Monday's 113-106 victory over the Clippers. Considering Giannis Antetokounmpo (Achilles) was sidelined, this was a very disappointing showing for Crowder. Damian Lillard and Bobby Portis combined for 69 points, while Crowder couldn't generate much at all. That's been the case quite often in recent games, as he's scored a total of 10 points in his last three appearances.... See More ... See Less -
Bucks' Jae Crowder: Meager output continues
Crowder notched four points (2-4 FG, 0-2 3Pt), five rebounds and one steal across 24 minutes during Thursday's 113-110 loss to the Grizzlies. After a 21-point outburst against Minnesota on Feb. 8, Crowder has totaled just 13 points over Milwaukee's last four games. If Khris Middleton (ankle) remains out following the All-Star break, Crowder figures to remain in the starting lineup -- he's started five straight and six of the last seven -- but the veteran isn't producing enough to be on fantasy radars in standard leagues despite being a key part of the Bucks' rotation. Danilo Gallinari's presence could also eat into Crowder's workload.... See More ... See Less -
Bucks' Jae Crowder: Will suit up Friday
Crowder (ankle) will play in Friday's game against the Hornets. No surprise here, as Crowder was previously considered probable. The Bucks will also have Damian Lillard (ankle) and Giannis Antetokounmpo (knee) available. Crowder will make his second straight start with Khris Middleton (ankle) sidelined.... See More ... Bucks' Jae Crowder: Likely to play Friday
Crowder is listed as probable for Friday's game versus the Hornets due to a left ankle sprain. Crowder is expected to play through a lingering ankle injury Friday. With Khris Middleton (ankle) out, Crowder will likely remain in the starting lineup if he's upgraded to available.... See More ... See Less -
Bucks' Jae Crowder: Season-best game in starting lineup
Crowder finished Thursday's 129-105 loss to the Timberwolves with 21 points (7-11 FG, 4-5 3Pt, 3-3 FT), eight rebounds, five assists and one steal over 37 minutes. Crowder earned the starting nod with Khris Middleton (ankle) unavailable, leading all Bucks starters in scoring and rebounds while adding a handful of assists and connecting on a quartet of threes in one of his best outings of the season. Crowder set a season-high mark in scoring, rebounds and assists, and he's tallied at least 10 points and five rebounds in two of his five starts this year.... See More ... See Less -
Bucks' Jae Crowder: Starting Thursday
Crowder will move into the starting lineup for Thursday's game against the Timberwolves with Khris Middleton (ankle) unavailable. Crowder will be joined in the first unit by Pat Connaughton, Malik Beasley, Giannis Antetokounmpo and Brook Lopez. If you need a low-end source of triples and defensive stats, Crowder could be someone to consider streaming.... See More ... See Less -
Bucks' Jae Crowder: Listed as probable
Crowder is listed as probable for Thursday's game against the Timberwolves due to a left ankle sprain. With Khris Middleton (ankle) sidelined, Crowder will need to play a key role, so it's concerning to see him land on the injury report, even if it's a minor issue. Thursday's matchup is the front half of a back-to-back set, so it wouldn't be surprising to see a few veterans like Crowder get a rest day Friday against the Hornets.... See More ... See Less -
Bucks' Jae Crowder: Heads back to bench
Crowder isn't in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game versus the Suns, Eric Nehm of The Athletic reports. With the return of Khris Middleton to the starting five, Crowder will head back to the bench. Crowder is averaging 5.2 points, 2.6 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 19.8 minutes across his last five appearances off the bench.... See More ... See Less -
Bucks' Jae Crowder: Back in starting lineup
Crowder will start Sunday's game against the Jazz. Crowder will make his fourth start of the season Sunday with Khris Middleton (knee) out of the lineup. In his previous three starts this season, Crowder holds averages of 5.7 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.0 assists in 28.3 minutes per game.... See More ... See Less -
Bucks' Jae Crowder: Starting Saturday
Crowder will enter the starting lineup Saturday against the Pelicans, Jim Eichenhofer of the Pelicans' official site reports. With Khris Middleton (knee) out of the lineup, Crowder will draw his third start of the season and first since Nov. 8. In his two prior starts this season, Crowder averaged 6.0 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.5 assists in 31.5 minutes per game.... See More ... See Less -
Bucks' Jae Crowder: Scores well off bench in return
Crowder (adductor) tallied 15 points (5-13 FG, 4-10 3Pt, 1-2 FT), one rebound and one steal across 19 minutes in Wednesday's 135-95 loss to the Cavaliers. Playing for the first time since Nov. 11 after a prolonged recovery from surgery to address a left adductor and abdominal tear, Crowder wasn't shy about putting up shots and finished just two points behind Damian Lillard for the team lead in scoring. The Bucks were without Giannis Antetokounmpo (shoulder) on Wednesday, and assuming the two-time league MVP is good to go for the team's next game Saturday in Detroit, Crowder will likely notice a steep decline in the 32.1 percent usage rate he upheld versus Cleveland. Crowder's 19-minute workload looks more sustainable, however, given the Bucks' lack of established depth at forward beyond Bobby Portis.... See More ... See Less -
Bucks' Jae Crowder: Available to play
Crowder (adductor) will be available to play in Wednesday's game against the Cavaliers, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports. Crowder has been sidelined since suffering a left adductor and abdominal tear Nov. 11 and undergoing surgery. He's likely to have restrictions in his first game back, though the Bucks aren't expected to count on him for a major role off the bench while all their key contributors are healthy. In nine appearances this season, Crowder holds averages of 8.1 points, 3.9 rebounds, 1.8 three-pointers, 1.7 assists and 0.8 steals in 26.7 minutes.... See More ... See Less -
Bucks' Jae Crowder: Recalled Tuesday afternoon
Milwaukee recalled Crowder (groin) from the G League's Wisconsin Herd on Tuesday. Crowder is the candidate to fluctuate between the Bucks and Herd as he builds up practice reps in preparation for an imminent return. He's unlikely to see any G League playing time.... See More ... See Less -
Bucks' Jae Crowder: Will begin ramping up
Crowder (groin) has been assigned to Milwaukee's G League affiliate and will participate in 5-on-5 sessions with the Herd this week, Eric Nehm of The Athletic reports. Crowder underwent surgery and was given a two-month recovery timeline after suffering a left adductor and abdominal tear Nov. 11th against Orlando. The 33-year-old is healing on time, although his official return will be dictated by how his body responds to the upcoming practice reps. Crowder eventually returning to action will be a boost to a Milwaukee team scarce on wing defense.... See More ... See Less -
Bucks' Jae Crowder: Slated to miss two months
Crowder suffered a left adductor and abdominal tear during Saturday's loss to the Magic and will undergo surgery Tuesday, Tim Bontemps of ESPN.com reports. Crowder is expected to miss at least eight weeks. Crowder was already ruled out for Monday's matchup against Chicago, but it appears the injury was more serious than initially anticipated. This is a tough blow to Milwaukee's wing group, which is already shorthanded given Khris Middleton (knee) hasn't been able to handle a full workload to begin the campaign. In Crowder's absence, Bobby Portis, Pat Connaughton and MarJon Beauchamp are candidates for increased bench roles.... See More ... See Less -
Bucks' Jae Crowder: Early exit Saturday
Crowder has been ruled out for the remainder of Saturday's contest due to a groin injury, Eric Nehm of The Athletic reports. Crowder exited Saturday's game against Orlando after suffering a groin injury in the second quarter. Crowder went to the locker room during a substitution and was subsequently ruled out. He's played a large role for Milwaukee recently, averaging 10.0 points in 32.0 minutes over his last three games.... See More ... See Less

Frank Madden@fmaddenNBA3D agoBest argument for Bucks as title contenders is pretty simple: Giannis/Dame/Khris are an absolute death machine. Out of 198 trios w/600+ minutes, they’re #1 in offense (125.9), #1 in net rating (+18.0) and top 10% in defense (107.9). Bucks have 5 of top 14 trios. https://t.co/L3eJUg0kvJ
