The Dolphins elevated Hayes to the active roster ahead of Monday's game against the Titans, Alain Poupart of SI.com reports.
With Robert Hunt (hamstring) set to miss Monday's contest and Terron Armstead (ankle) listed as questionable, Hayes' call-up provides depth to the Dolphins' offensive line. He's in a spot to be activated should Armstead be unable to suit up.

The Dolphins selected Hayes in the seventh round of the 2023 NFL Draft, 238th overall.
Hayes started four seasons at Michigan after redshirting his freshman year to transition from tight end to left tackle. He is regarded as an intelligent blocker, but he's undersized and lacks the required strength to be a starter as a result. Nevertheless, he should provide valuable depth for the Dolphins.
