MOBILE, Ala. (AP) — Isaiah Moore scored 16 points as South Alabama beat Southern Miss 85-54 on Thursday night.

Moore also added six assists for the Jaguars (14-14, 7-8 Sun Belt Conference). Jamar Franklin scored 15 points, finishing 4 of 5 from 3-point range and 3 for 5 from the line. Owen White shot 5 for 14, including 4 for 13 from beyond the arc to finish with 14 points.

Victor Hart led the Golden Eagles (23-5, 12-3) in scoring, finishing with 10 points. Southern Miss also got 10 points from Denijay Harris. Austin Crowley also put up nine points. The Golden Eagles broke a nine-game winning streak with the loss.
